Everything was wonderful. This was my most amazing place in the world to come to Saint Pete beach we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. This is my second time here in the same unit and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

Great location, loved the "smaller" complex, just about 35 units.

It met all our needs; liked proximity to beach and restaurants. Parking was not a hassle. Loved St Pete Beach.

St Pete's Getaway

Very nice place. Leanne, the on-site property manager, was fantastic and was super helpful on things ranging from how to operate the TV to recommending local places to eat. Great location on the beach and proximity to the local surroundings. We will definitely go back to this place.

Great Condo!

Beautiful scenery overlooking the balcony. Very clean unit! We would most definitely stay here again! I think we were mostly impressed with the friendliness of everyone in the community. Very pleasant stay.

Caprice resorts is an excellent place to stay in St. Pete's beach area. Walking distance to amenities but small enough for that personal touch. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

We loved this place!

This is a great place! I’ve stayed quite a few places off Vrbo and this is one of my favorites. Perfect beach and beach access. We all loved the beach so much! It wasn’t crazy packed like I thought it would be… The pool was amazing and a big hit for the kids. Super clean and lots of seating.. was a life savor for when we were tired and the kids weren’t lol The condo itself was great. The air stayed cool which is a big deal for us… my hubby doesn’t like to be hot lol it had ALMOST everything we needed… I would suggest getting a big frying pan… we cooked a lot of our meals and it was difficult frying hamburgers in the little frying pans and the bacon lol but other than that no complaint on the condo… actually no complaints at all! Thanks for the stay!

We love staying at the Caprice when we come to St. Pete's Beach and have actually coordinated our flights with condo availability. The check-in process is convenient as we usually arrive after hours, and the condo has always been clean and maintained to our satisfaction. Also, a big shout-out to the office staff who have always been helpful and very ready to assist with our needs and questions!

Loved, loved, loved Caprice!! We have stayed at various condos in the area and this was by far our favorite! Leann was always so helpful to us and was an absolute gem!!! Maintenance was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful! The grounds are beautiful! Just can't say enough about our experience. Left less than 24 hours ago and I am counting the days till we can go back.

Had a great time. Would recommend to anyone. Could use a few more towels as it takes a while to dry in th humidity. Also I’ve never seen such thin tp.

Nice weekend getaway

Everything was great with the condo, minus a few shades of the blinds missing. Last night, someone left for the day and left the pool heater on. The water was so hot and not refreshing at all. Other than that one mishap, everything was great and would recommend for a couple’s getaway.

Beautiful location

Ran out of toilet paper 3 days into our stay. Only had one extra roll in the bathroom. I guess I assumed there would’ve been a few more rolls in the bathroom cabinet. The balcony door locks were inoperable. Would have been nice if there was a stick to lay in the door track for security purposes. When we asked for some toilet paper at the office they claimed to have only one roll. Hmmm? Also the window blinds were broken and some of the panels were missing. Maybe for over 200 per night you might be able to afford some new window coverings and some toilet paper. Anyway it was a beautiful place. And we did enjoy our stay. Thanks

Great location but needs many improvements

Good location and a safe place. However there were a few issues: all the blinds were missing a lots of panels. So it was affecting our privacy and sleep. Also the mattress in the pull out sofa bed really needs to be replace, springs are broken, extremely uncomfortable. Also the dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty.
