私たちの家族は80年代にこの家を建て、家族や友人との多くの楽しくリラックスした旅行の集まる場所でした。 混雑やツアーバスなしでヨセミテの美しさを楽しむこの場所が大好きです。 私たちは家を使い続けているので、家には台所用品、基本的な風呂のニーズ、本、ゲーム、いくつかの私物がいっぱいです。

家には、木々や草原の景色を望む大きなフロントとバックのポーチがあります。 正面玄関は、livingストーブのある大きなリビングルームに続いて、大きな窓のあるフルキッチンとダイニングルームが続きます。 ベッドルームとバスルームはリビングルームの両側にあります。 広いリビングスペースで区切られた複数の車両と寝室用の私道スペースがあるこの家は、カップル旅行、複数の家族や友人グループ、プライベートベッドやバスを望む家族に最適です。 家には洗濯機と乾燥機、食器洗い機、暖房とエアコン、衛星テレビ、WiFiインターネット、電話があります。

午後4時以降にチェックインし、午前11時前にチェックアウトします。

No smoking in the house. No bon fires outside or any place in the Park. During HIGH fire danger, NO fires in fire place. Barbecue is Propane safely.
Renter Dumps their own trash bags in dumpsters on Bruce lane before leaving, do all dishes and pots used. check for any lost items.
Check out is 11am so we have time to clean before the next arrival. If you are planning to arrive before 4pm you must contact owner joe.

The cabin is amazing and we enjoyed the stay.Unfortunately, there was a sewer issue and we had to move out. Joseph has luckily arranged a replacement for us, which we're very grateful for. The communication around that was unfortunate at times, but once it became clear that it is not our fault, Joseph was there to make it right and was very forthcoming with a partial refund.Overall we had a good stay and can recommend it, especially now that the sewer issue is fixed

We stayed at this cabin for a week in the beginning of September, using it as a home base for lots of hiking in Yosemite. The location is amazing; only a 45 minute drive to tunnel view, at a fraction of the price of staying in the valley. There are 4 bedrooms (even though the listing only says 3: 2 large beds (I think. King and a Queen, but maybe a Queen and a double?), and two sets of twin trundles. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a small, but nice gas grill on the back deck. We had some plumbing issues the first day we were there, but the property manager was very quick to respond and address the problems. The entire cabin is filled with quirky odds and ends from the past several decades…could make some feel cluttered, but we enjoyed the treasure trove of discoveries. The beds were comfortable, and the cabin was reasonably clean. The property manager was EXTEMELY responsive; maybe the best I’ve ever encountered. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

What a fun and interesting place to stay. Our kids absolutely loved staying in this cabin and so did we. We enjoyed the well-stocked amenities that made our stay easy and seamless, and the huge back porch was great in the mornings and evenings for relaxing outdoors - we even saw a large mule deer one morning in the backyard. We would love to stay here again for our next trip to Yosemite.

Great location

This house is in a great location for exploring Yosemite. The house was very clean and was quiet. We enjoyed the games and old VHS movies at the end of our day. It was fun looking at all the collections in the home. Everything is labeled for easy use.

Awesome

Decided to upgrade to a cabin instead of camping this year. Cabin was just like home, and very well kept. My friend couldn't make it, so I had the place to myself. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood within the park. There was food and LOTS of condiments. Everything in the cabin worked perfectly. Thanks Joe and Diane!

Cabin in the woods

Cozy cabin located in a quiet forested location. Great place to relax. Close to Yosemite village and other recreation areas outside the park. Bass lake less than an hour away.

GREAT Place to Stay

As advertised and more. Very comfortable. Instructions everywhere for everything. Nostalgic, yet set up to keep kids entertained too. Great being based inside the park and just a 30 minute SCENIC drive to most attractions. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Private home inside Yosemite NP (Wawona)

Perfect in every way! VRBO photos accurate. In addition to great location for getting to and from Yosemite Valley, we 3 retirees so enjoyed the memorabilia filling every room, the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds, the sense of privacy in a quiet neighborhood, and walking around the block which took us past the small Pine Tree market (basic food/supplies). Exceptional host - communication excellent including detailed directions. Highly recommend!

May stay

This rental is absolutely amazing! I would 100% stay at this house again. It is stocked with everything you might need, especially if you are planning to cook meals. So many pots and pans but also foil/ plastic wrap, and pantry items like garlic salt and sugar. There are tons of games and DVDs, books and collectibles around the house that kept us all entertained for three days, we didn’t even think about turning on the TV. The back deck is also such a neat spot, and my toddler loved riding in the cars and sitting in all the comfy deck chairs. We had a great time and would stay here again!

The owners built this cabin round 1980s. Most of the cabins in the area can be rented. Best time to go to Yosemite is early spring when there is water running over the water falls. Another good time is in the Fall before any snow builds up on the roads.

The golf coarse is closed 2022. Wawona hotel is partially open 2021 for work. No car gas in the ynp valley. chevron station in Wawona only. The big trees may be open in the summer. glacier point road to be worked on in 2022.

Our family loves sharing the oohs and ahhs of Yosemite National Park with first-time visitors. The world-wide popularity of the breathtaking park can make lodging close to the sites hard to secure. Yosemite does not have as many camp sites as it did in the past and hotel rooms are limited and expensive. There are some options along the rivers and in the Yosemite Valley area. Renting a cabin in Wawona is a unique opportunity to enjoy the park with time to yourself and your family away from the crowds of Yosemite Valley. Renting in Wawona is also a great idea for staging before or after overnight camping or backcountry camping within the park. Over night hiking can be done with a hiking permit from the Wawona ranger station or the Hotel Museum.
