This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa in Plantation Club Villas sleeps up to 8 guests and is centrally located in Sea Pines Plantation, just a short distance to all of the great amenities and activities that Sea Pines has to offer!

With brand new floors, the first floor has an open, airy layout, making it easy to interact with family and guests throughout the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a sleeper sofa, several chairs and tables, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The dining area seats up to 6 people with additional seating for 2 on barstools at the kitchen counter. Both the dining area and living room are flooded with natural light through the large sliding patio doors. The kitchen is fully stocked and allows for plenty of countertop prepping. A beautifully remodeled half bath and a washer and dryer are also available on the first floor.

Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms each with their own attached full bathroom, which you'll find is incredibly convenient for all of your guests. Each bedroom offers lots of natural light and great views of the lush greenery surrounding the complex.

The rear patio is accessible through the sliding doors from the dining area and living room. The natural greenery offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the Island. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a meal on the patio with seating for up to 8.

Plantation Club Villas is a small community of 2-story villas. It's surrounded by the tall pines that are so abundant on our Island, making the area very private and quiet, despite its central Sea Pines location. The community features a large, gated pool 187 steps from your front door with spots of sun and shade and plenty of seating. There's even a small kiddie pool! This area also features private restrooms and a bicycle rack.

Plantation Club Villas' central Sea Pines location is great for visitors wanting the best of both worlds: beach and amenities! The nearest Sea Pines Trolley stop is only .2 miles from the villa's front door! Don't forget about the famous Harbour Town of Sea Pines. You're only a 6 minute bike ride (1.2 miles) to Harbour Town shops, dining, boat cruises, the candy-striped lighthouse, and all of the other fun activities the area offers!
