Come and stay at this beautiful 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located right on Jonathan Creek in the heart of Maggie Valley. Enjoy the large covered back patio overlooking the creek, which can offer fishing, or just a peaceful rest on our hammock next to the river. Near the river is also a fire pit where you can have your roasted smores at the picnic area by the fire pit. The patio also provides a table for outdoor dinners and get- togethers, with plenty of seating for all. The front porch and front bedrooms offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountains of the Blue Ridge. Inside you can relax by the fireplace and watch Cable TV or play your own CD’s and DVD’s. The inside features a full sized kitchen with a dining room, laundry, a king sized bed on the first floor, a king sized bed on the second floor, 2 twin beds in the loft bedroom, and a queen sized fold out sofa.

It was super cozy with the fireplace roaring and the temperature outside was 18 degrees. I hate they had to build a river rock embankment since the flood. But raising the picnic table up was brilliant so you visual get to see over the embankment.

Every now and then kids would tube by after a good rain and the stream was flowing faster! The neighbors had chickens that would come out to visit! I would definitely go back!

The location was excellent—easy to get to, very convenient, and right on Jonathan Creek. My girls and I loved taking morning walks along the creek up to the nearby gift shop for fudge and little treats.The home was clean, cozy, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room and making s’mores at the outdoor fire pit by the creek. The setting was very peaceful, with the sound of the water in the background, and we loved sitting on the rocking chairs watching ducks float by.The owner/manager provided clear instructions, and everything went smoothly with no issues.There was plenty to do nearby for our family (wife and three girls ages 14, 11, and 10). Snow tubing was only 4–5 minutes away, and we spent a couple of days skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area, just a 15-minute drive. We also had a fantastic dinner at Guay Beto’s Mexican Restaurant and drove into Waynesville (about 12 minutes away) to play tennis at the public courts.Overall, it was a wonderful trip with a perfect mix of activities and relaxation. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Lounge on the back porch and enjoy the sound of the water and the birds singing. Close to all amenities, restaurant, ski lodge, Blue Ridge Parkway and grocery stores. The property was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The staff at Premier Rentals are always helpful, making sure they answer your calls if needed.

We asked a local who we should rent from and Premier was his first recommendation. We are so glad we found this rental company and this rental property. The house is on the creek and has a large comfortable porch to sit on and enjoy the creek view. There are houses on each side, but there is quite a bit of landscaping that makes it feel more private. I wish we could have stayed longer.

More than we expected!

Long review alert! No words to describe how much we loved and needed this little place in our life this year! We will be back! Back story, I have been a caretaker for my father for the last 3.5 years. He had dementia and that’s a difficult road to be on! As a family we have not been able to go anywhere together on vacation or even to dinner really because someone always had to be home with him. That can be very costly and hard to find people to stay overnight, Our daughters are 18 and 22 and they have had to help in ways many their age shouldn’t have had to. Anyway, he passed in June of 2021, 3 weeks after finding out he had cancer. Fast forward to October of 2021, I had the idea to go on a trip instead of doing Christmas presents this year. And my family agreed!!. Problem was, everything within our budget had been booked, And I couldn’t find anywhere to stay….. then little place popped up the second week of December and I booked it! Upon arrival, I was absolutely in LOVE! The back yard isn’t even describable! I am into nature and Mother Earth! It’s Peace and serenity ! The back yard reminded me of a fairy garden! Everyday, I would walk out there and put my feet onto the moss and soak it all in! The river! The ducks! The rocks! The Firepit! All AMAZING! Have a cup of coffee or tea and just relax! As we were driving in, the town next to this place is called Clyde. My fathers name is Clyde. So it was a gentle reminder that he was there with us and I thought to myself what a sweet sign from him! Then on the last night there, my daughter noticed a little magnet sign on the fridge that says “Spending time is a greater gift than spending money” And in that moment, I knew that this little find was all a part of Gods Plan! 🙏🏻We checked in on Christmas Day! We stayed in through New Year’s Eve which happens to be my daughters birthday! It was just an amazing family vacation that we needed and the perfect end to 2021 as we haven’t been on a family vacation in 5 years! There are no coincidences in life! Everything leads us to the next chapter of our lives! I believe this trip has started a new tradition for our family! Going away for Christmas instead of buying things. Life is about making memories! After all, those memories are what last a lifetime! I hope this review inspires others to go make memories with their loved ones. 💜💜💜 Thank you to the owners for sharing this little piece of heaven on earth with anyone willing to go!

The home was nice and cleaned. ONLY thing of the whole stay & policy is trash. Having to place trash in your car to take to dump behind the property manager office building. Found that a little odd and didn't like it at all. Basically that the only reason I wont be staying at that location again. Overall everything else was awesome, loved the whole house, kids loved to have their own room.

The house was nice and cozy. Being right in the river was a plus. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall experience was good! The only thing we couldn’t find all the remotes for the TV’s so we shared remote with living room and bedroom.
