The condo is within two blocks of restaurants, live music, art galleries, and shops. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. Asheville is coming back slowly after last years devastation. Mt Mitchell is not yet open which is always our favorite. Check before you come .

The condo was clean and accommodated me and my husband and another couple perfectly. Centrally located in downtown Asheville we parked the car and walked everywhere!! the condo is located in a very secure building and directly across the street from the city bus hub! We will be back!

Great Two Weeks in Asheville

Very pleased with our two bedroom unit. Needed the wi fi and ice maker fixed… did them right away. Garbage not removed one day! No big deal. Cleaning crew did a great job. Great location… great security… would recommend that building!

Convenient, safe and clean

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, updated and safe. It wasn’t in the heart of downtown but within walking distance, and right above a delicious poke bowl restaurant! It was also close to the Biltmore. The directions were easy to follow and came before our stay. Be aware there are lots of codes, but I appreciated that given it’s across from a bus station. Our only complaint is that the batteries in one of the bedroom remotes died, which was inconvenient after being on our feet all day. We would definitely stay again!

Downtown Asheville

Great place to stay for strolling downtown. Close to so many restaurants and entertainment. Parking garage is tight!! We have a midsize SUV. Any larger would have been bad! We used the paid parking for the extra car. Location was good but it would be so much nicer if it gave you the opportunity to pay for multiple 8 hour blocks at once. Had to set an alarm to add time during the night.

Great place for a family stay. We felt very safe as the lobby, parking garage, elevator, and room all had keycode entry. It's an easy walk to the downtown area and a very short drive to Biltmore. Blackout curtains in each room (plus the sound machine we brought) helped our toddler sleep great! The bus station across the road does add some extra noise throughout the night, but nothing too disruptive unless you're a very light sleeper. The rooms are quite spacious and basic household necessities were provided. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. We're looking forward to staying here again during our next trip to Asheville!

Ashville Getaway

This property was just as described! The furnishings were up to date with a nice urban design! It was nice to have onsite parking and to have an outside parking lot for our friends to come visit! Our view was of the bus station[And the mountains] which at first I thought might be a problem .... but was not! The first night it was a bit noisy and we realized the windows were not closed tight! This unit was an amazing value for the location! Would definately stay here again!

beautiful condo

This is a beautiful condo in downtown Asheville. The entire area is walkable. As others have noted, it is adjacent to the bus area and there are plenty of homeless milling about at all times. They don't bother me, but if you'll have an issue with it, it's something to be aware of. Frankly, I was a little surprised by the number of homeless in the entire Asheville area but if you give them a smile and keep walking it's all good. The condo was exactly as specified. It is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's really not set up for cooking so if you plan to cook meals, bring your own everything besides plates and utensils. Security was tight enough -- there is a security code to get into the building and the parking garage has a steel door that closes you in. If you are deciding between a few different units and have a large vehicle, you may wish to call and ask which one has the best parking spot. Some of those spots would be difficult to manage in a larger truck and all spots are assigned.

The Perfect Getaway

We really liked the vibe of 504!! The location was so convenient to the River Arts District - and the restaurants and shops. The condo was well appointed, clean and modern. And the secure parking was a plus. We were celebrating two birthdays, and this was the perfect venue. We would highly recommend this property.

Weekend stay

Actual apartment was fantastic for four people and very clean! Parking was a bit of a nightmare given we had more than one car, and the fact that the building is across from the public transportation hub where all the homeless hang out. Not being able to check in until 4 was also a minor issue! Overall, solid spot!

Ashville, getaway

Very modern well appointed apartment in downtown Ashville across from the bus station. Walking distance to downtown but neighborhood a little sketchy. The condo had nice furnishings very comfortable beds and a nice patio that you could watch the traffic in downtown Asheville. Lots of codes to remember to get in the garage elevator and the condo. We had to call to get updated codes. My wife mentioned it was almost like an escape room in reverse. We would stay here again.

Great Location

We were in a great location to walk to most of breweries and restaurants. Easy access to doors/elevators but I had to keep all the codes handy as they were all different. Parking was awful for our friends who drove separate. Only one spot in the garage. Even with the parking lot literally on the side of the building, our friends had to pay every 8 hrs. Yes there were garages but not as close as the parking lot.
