About this property

King en suites. Enjoy panoramic views of city and mountains, Walkable to town.

We are following the CDC and the Asheville Cares guidelines for keeping our apartment to the highest standards for disinfecting and cleanliness.
There are 3 decks with views to die for; city, mountains and many nights exquisite sunsets. The first deck fetures a gas grill, a cocktail table and bench. You will want to spend as much time as possible relaxing in the comfy sitting area or dining on the second deck taking in the marvelous views. The 3rd deck is for indulgent resting on a double hammock or a game of ball toss.
The open living room/dining/kitchen are well appointed for your comfort while you relax together. There are 2 king bed bedroom suites at opposite ends of the apartment, allowing maximum privacy. All this, and you could walk to downtown, and only minutes drive to Biltmore Estates. There is ample, free, off street parking for 2+ cars. Just a note, it is my pleasure to meet you when you arrive for check in and make certain if there is anything you might need, and please understand you can call upon me at any time during your stay if you wish. Otherwise, you are in the above described, very private space and you will be undisturbed.

Imagine you've been traveling all day and you check in to your selected VRBO for the next few days and find that a plate of fresh baked cookies (still warm!) are waiting for you under a cloth napkin on the kitchen table. This wonderful sight greeted us when we walked through the door of City Lights. The house was well set up for 2 couples with plenty of seating, plenty of dishes, and 2 well-appointed bathrooms! We even saw a young bear the next morning as he was foraging for trashcans to raid. We would definitely stay there again if we're ever in the Ashville, NC area.

We loved this place! Perfect for 2 couples with a bedroom and bathroom located on each end of the unit. It is in a really great location, close to restaurants, shopping, Biltmore, movie theaters, etc. Great views of the mountains and city from the decks. We had everything we needed at this unit for our 3 day stay. Hostess is very responsive to anything needed and any questions. Will definitely stay here again on another trip to Asheboro!

The kitchen is well equipped for any type of meal preparation. Very clean. The space was very comfortable, beautiful view. I was not there during ski season so I can’t speak to that but the owners are so friendly and welcoming.

We find that one very important reason people come to Asheville is for it's wonderful scenery. This property provides that. In addition, it is close enough to walk to downtown. Then visitors want a comfortable environment. We have done our very best to give both, and more.

What makes this property unique

You will find this to be a comfortable, modern home. There are 2 decks for many hours of relaxing and enjoy the beauty of our mountains and downtown. The living area is open and well appointed with hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. You will find two relaxing master suites with king beds, down comforters and down pillows, and private baths, one on each side of the living space allowing complete privacy.
