Your next vacation rental home is located on a wooded lot with a winding driveway down to your mountain home getaway. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a 2 car garage. All living areas are located on one floor. The master bedroom offers a King sized 12" Memory Foam bed with a private bath, which includes a double sink and a large walk-in shower. The room also has a private office and sitting area for that morning cup of coffee. The master bedroom offers a 47 inch TV with Cable and a DVD player. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a queen sized bed and closet. The third bedroom offers another queen size bed and a closet. These two rooms share a full sized bathroom; which includes a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink. The house offers complementary High Speed WiFi. The living room has a 55 inch SMART TV so you can access your favorite movies with DVD player. A floor to ceiling beautiful stone gas fire place awaits you. Multiple sky lights welcome in the mountain sunshine. Adjoining the great room is a spacious sun-room with room to sit and enjoy the nature views. Off the great room there is a deck with furniture that overlook a wooded nature path to the golf fairway. Bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The kitchen provides most staples including a multitude of spices. There are 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, male and female golf clubs, and various fishing gear available to use during your stay.

Trash can be taken and put in the 40 gallon trash can in the garage if you have more trash make sure it all in one location.

Bedding can be taken to the laundry room.

Check out is by 10:00am. The cleaning lady needs time to clean and flip the stay for the next renters coming in at 3:00pm.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There are 13 miles of beautiful hiking trails which includes views of waterfalls, streams, and mountain. Near-by is a remodeled 27,000 foot clubhouse, tennis courts with walking track, 18 hole championship golf course, driving range, bocce courts, pickleball, community playground with basketball court, pavilion, restrooms, volleyball, and horse-shoe pit. You name it, this place has it!
