3rd time staying at this condo. Have had zero complaints each time. Communication was always prompt with questions, even allowed us in a little early because we arrived at 1:00p.m. always clean and all necessities provided. A gas station is a block away if you need any other items (including alcohol ). Walmart does an easy delivery, but the condo is in walking distance to many restaurants/bars - including Frency's. Steps away from the beach. Will return!

The best kept secret in Clearwater

This our 4th consecutive year staying and I have nothing but raves. The proximity to the beach is the best feature, but the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are impeccably clean. The instructions for check in and checkout are clear and concise, easy to understand.

Excellent stay, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater Beach. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Everything was well maintained and made for a very relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It was a beautiful place! Pool was clean and included everything we needed. A block from the beach is the perfect location. We really liked that it was a locked gate and door code was easy to remember. We will definitely come back here!

Beach view was a few steps outside and around the corner. Great location with lots to do on the area. We just relaxed and had quite a few beach days. The beach is a few hundred yards away. Decent accommodations but great location. Would stay again.

Clearwater Beach suites 106

GREAT location for a group of families that want to travel together but have their own suite without a large hotel atmosphere. The pool was perfect and got sun most of the day and enough chairs to lounge around. Location to the beach was about a block walk. We were there with a group of 10 families and had a wonderful stay.

Clean and convenient

Everything was clean it was very convenient. The pool was right outside our door and we could walk wherever we wanted to go.

Great location!

Our condo at Clearwater Beach Suites was perfect! The property and location were prime for all the touristy stuff we wanted. The property is well maintained and better than the photos I viewed online. We would certainly book here again when we return to Clearwater.

The Best Spot in Clearwater

Perfect all the way around. Clean, Convenient, and Caring. The Staff was professional and helpful. The space was spotlessly clean and all amenities were in working order. So handy to have a washer/dryer. Just walk to the beach behind the building - literally. This place is a gem! We walked the whole time we stayed - coffee and ice cream next door. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Great place!!!!

Great place with great location! It worked perfect for us! I lived the fact they had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. It was also with in close walking distance to pretty much everything we did. The beach out front was amazing. We even had a dolphin swim right by us and found sooooo many sea shells! Thank you we will be back!

Great home base! Steps from the beach with a bar and grill on the way! Clean pool to relax by while waiting for the group to get ready! Awesome to work with from arrival to departure! Friendly staff and accommodations satisfied our needs! Great kitchenette! We will be back!

Prom night

I stayed with my daughter and her friends during prom weekend. It was the best location and a very good price for 2 nights. Very clean and plenty of room.
