Room was clean, nice and close to beach, had office support. Murphy bed was sleep number bed and comfortable, but mattress was noisy so I heard it every time I rolled over. Otherwise, great value.

Not what I thought.

The condo was not what we thought. Very small and outdated. The description was one bedroom garden apartment but it was actually a studio with a Murphy bed on the second floor. No closet. The final bill was $50 more per night more than we booked. Location is great. Parking is limited.

Location Location Location

This rental was literally right across the street from the path to the beach. The beaches are very nice. The water stays pretty shallow for quite a ways, which was great for my small children. There are clusters of rocks that make for a great family pic or sunset prop. We went fishing right off the rocks and even saw a dolphin. I have allot of beautiful pictures from this beach. My kids really loved swimming n playing in the soft white sand. There was shells glore on the beach. I found quite a few large whole shells to bring home as a souvenir. The apartment building is a older building, but, is maintained very nice outside. Landscaping is beautiful and it looked like the building has a fresh coat of bright coral paint on it. We knew we booked a studio apartment that at the time said it slept 4. So it was perfect for our little family with 2 toddlers. We didn't know we should have brought our own bedding and pillowcases for the +2 to share sleeping on the couch. There was no pull out bed for them. Thank goodness they are small. Theresa in the office was able to help us out with some blankets for them. She also had the ad for the apartment changed to the appropriate amount of people. For the queen Murphy bed, there was 2 throw blankets and the pillows themselves smelt pretty awful through the fresh pillowcases. The mattress electronically went from firm to soft (not sleep number). I tried both settings and had sleepness nights on most nights. The kitchen was discusting. We had to wash EVERYTHING including the inside of the coffee maker. The drawers had large crubs of old food in them. It was pretty disappointing considering I was charged 2 separate cleaning fees with my stay. It should have been immaculately clean when I arrived. The fridge leaked from the ceiling while we were there. We didn't realize until we noticed it ruined allot of our berries, half of a birthday cake and our take out leftovers. Breakfast and late night munchies in the trash, smh. It was a shame, the office appeared to be aware of it at check out. No compensation or follow up with given by either owner or management. The bathroom is newly renovated. The shower is pretty large inside. This studio is perfect for a 2 adults who love the beach and not looking for anything fancy. It is the bare minimum for sure but conveniently located to the beach. I watched the sunset every night I was there and that's all that mattered to me.

Disappointing

Room had a surprise Murphy bed with the noisieat , most uncomfortable air mattress made. We were expecting a normal bed. Vertical blinds had about half their slats so we had to use a sheet to cover doorway to change clothes and sleep. Screen door had more rips than screen. Room was very dirty.
