The condo was as advertised...clean, spacious, very nicely decorated with updated kitchen and bathrooms... and right across the street from the beach. John's Pass shopping is about 5 mins away. Many local restaurant options are short drives away as well. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals were in constant contact via text messages...before arrival, during the stay and on the day of departure. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

La Coquina Madeira Beach

Lovely apartment to stay and relax in, close to many restaurants you can walk to including the famous John's Pass Village. This is our second time renting this place.

Great stay

Our family of four had a great 5 night stay at this property. Communication with the company who managed the property was excellent. The beach is directly across the street and easy to access. John’s Pass is a quick walk. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a small starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels. Would have appreciated more lighting in the main area (dining area was dim), a dish rack, and some wall hooks throughout. Overall a good stay!

We loved the ocean view and the condo was beautiful. Everything was centrally located to John's pass ,and all the beaches and shopping mall Really easy to get around without a car, we rode the trolley and the bus.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very well decorated and was spacious. The pool was just the right size and not crowded. The access to the public beach was convenient. The only con is the road noise from Gulf Boulevard that is 4 lanes in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at coquina 105. Nice location without a big building blocking our view of the gulf. Nice pool area. Well laid out unit with all you need. Good places to eat within walking distance. Steve and Fonda from Indiana. Feb. 24 - 29.

Terrific place to stay

We planned a last minute trip around Christmas and the booking went very smoothly. Check in was easy and the property was great. We spent many hours next to the pool and my son enjoyed swimming. The beach is across the street but I loved that I could still watch people walking and still feel the beach experience. It was a quick walk across the street. The property had many restaurants within walking distance. I had a question about the stay and the management company was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again!

Nice condo

Condo was nice. Traffic loud. I read in other reviews about the kitchen items so I took several things we ended up not needing. It had all we needed except a can opener. If you dont mind not being on the beach it was nice.

Long needed emotional break, just what I needed!

Just as described and what we needed. I loved the location. I didn't like that I had to pay and additional $50 to check in early if nobody was there the day before, it doesn't seem right. Check in was 4 pm, that's very late in my book and check out was way too early (10 am) and we had people unlocking the door and coming in at 9:40 am, right as we were finishing up our breakfast. Besides that all was as expected. :)

Birthday at the Beach

We really enjoyed this property and it’s proximity to beach. I chose this location to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I had plans to visit other local beaches. But the luxury of walking across the street was just too inviting to go anywhere else. We went to the beach everyday. We enjoy going out to sandbar as the tide went out in the afternoon. This property had everything you needed and more than we expected. We were experienced beach goers but the property had chairs and umbrella that you could borrow. That’s super nice. My daughter loved the fridge and suggested that we get one for our home:). We definitely would recommend this property and hope to visit it again in the future.

Great location and beautiful condo!

We stayed June 7th-14th, 2022. We absolutely loved the condo and the location was great as well. The street separating the condo and the beach was loud but nothing to ruin your stay over. The condo was clean and very spacious. It is on the first floor but it is above the covered parking so you would have to take a flight of stairs or ride the elevator up one. The condo was not too busy or loud with people. The speedway right next door was very convenient for us to walk to daily for fountain drinks or whatever else we needed on a whim (turns out that was pickles and cold medicine). The balcony over looks the pool. The street and a parking lot is between you and the beach but you can still see the water and palm trees. The beach was never too crowded and there’s a few shops and restaurants in walking distance. The owner provided three beach chairs, two umbrellas and two small styrofoam coolers which was so extremely helpful! I emailed 48 hours before checkout to ask for a late checkout (our flight wasn’t until 6pm) and was told that was no problem. We would stay again!

Very nice place!

From the minute you walk in the front door and see the view, you know you got the right place. The master was nice and spacious with a very nice bathroom. The smaller bedroom was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The spacious living room had very comfortable furniture (I would love to have a recliner like that!) and the kitchen was awesome. It was absolutely wonderful to have a nice sized and perfectly placed, assigned parking spot in an area where parking can sometimes be a problem. We had no issues with anything at all. I was in email contact several times with the property manager and each time I got an almost immediate response. The photos were accurate and the place was spotless. Everything was in working order. The beach was directly across the street and very easily accessible as the lighted crosswalk is right in front of the condo. There are several eateries within walking distance and I highly recommend Coastal Taco. There are three beach chairs, a tube, and a nice float in the guest closet to borrow, as well as a couple of coolers and some kid beach toys. Bring your own beach towels as they are not supplied and take advantage of the full size washer and dryer! There is no ample supply of general household items so be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. There is a view of the small pool from the balcony but we did not use it. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely request this unit again.

College visit

We had a great time. The condo is clean and very comfortable. The beds were great. The elevators and the stairwells were pretty Grimy. The pool was wonderful And being right across the road from Madeira Beach was a great location. I contacted the management company two times during our stay and they were friendly and helpful. Gulf Boulevard was pretty busy and there was road noise. one morning it was cooler and we did have coffee on the deck . The noise was not too bad, and the view of the gulf was great. I was surprised in October how much the red tide still affected people. We only saw a few dead fish but the coughing by the beach was annoying. The college visit, discovery Cove, the aquarium, and boardwalk All made the visit a great experience for our three generations!

Stress Free Vacation

Great location, excellent area for family fun activities, beach location, restaurants and much more . The sunsets were fabulous from the easily accessible beach front. Courteous, friendly and knowledge staff. This condo is highly recommended.
