Owner maintains 4 bikes for guest use with some of Hamptons best bike routes launching from our exact location. We have upgraded internet speed to allow efficient work to be done as well as to accommodate gaming and streaming.

The home is just 2.5 miles from Southampton town - 5 min by car and 10 min by bikes which we provide.

The home has been newly decorated (every room) with a nautical / beach designer decorated theme with a hint of whimsical. This is the house for the person who wants to walk out to the back deck, look at endless water, feel the relaxation, and have room for 5-6 couples or a family or two. We afford guests all of our personal items to enjoy including beach chairs, kayaks, bicycles, yard games, etc. Our reviews are actual renters - no find and family fake reviews. This 3700 square foot house has 5 bedrooms and 2 additional sleep areas detailed below. The great room has a large island with barstools, new stainless appliances, flowing into a 12 person dining table between the kitchen and the main lounging area with wood burning fireplace. The kitchen, dining area, and main lounge area look directly onto the water. A sun-room also looks onto the large backyard and water - open the windows for a good breeze, or keep closed and its a warm up room after pool time. A 20x40 heated in-ground pool, has a new mahogany deck, new lounges, new umbrellas for the 2020 season. The pool sits directly next to the large flat plush backyard with a volleyball net, smash ball, can-jam, and a children's play-set. The pool has 6 new padded chaise lounges, large new cantilever umbrellas, several fun floats, and arching fountains with led lights.

The fixed dock ( 14 x 25 feet) is large enough to gather waterfront on the Adirondack chairs, launch kayaks, paddle boards, feed the white swans (who are regular visitors), and marvel at the views. The main outside deck (new mahogany) also faces the water has BBQ, dining set for 10 with giant umbrella, and lounging for an additional 10 people. THERE IS A NEW JACUZZI MAY 2020 OVERLOOKING LAWN AND WATER.

This house is on a quiet and safe road with direct access to dedicated bike lanes on Montauk highway, 2.5 miles from center of town in Southampton, Southampton beaches, and Dune Road. Get on a bike or roller-blades and tour the homes of the rich and famous while taking in the ocean breeze. You will also avoid the famous traffic in the Hamptons because the property is located just before the traffic starts so its close to home and close to the action. Crib and high chair available on request.

Alcove off master has elegant wood trundle: can be seating area for master looking over water, or sleeping for two. High end comfortable mattresses on trundle.

Second King bedroom shares full bath with Queen bedroom. Adjacent to sitting room with sliding glass doors, deck, and water views.

Queen Bedroom (direct canal-front water view) shares full bath with King bedroom. Adjacent to sitting room with sliding glass doors, deck, and water full bath connects second king room and Queen room

Upstairs small lounge area with private deck and pull out new Queen sofa bed.

Direct Sun typically has the pool nice and warm. For those who want it really hot, unlimited propane is an option and the pool heater is left completely in control of the renter as many like their pool very warm (unlimited propane). For Stays less than 4 days, the fee for the gas is $200 per day and for a week the fee is $500, and for 2 weeks the fee is $500


Some rules to help you select this property and have a great stay:

In respect to our neighbors, we ask that the outdoor areas including the decks, dock, yard, and pool are enjoyed until 11:00 pm. We have neighbors and have to respect their needs / rights for noise to settle down after 11. We know renters are paying to enjoy the property but we request you bring the party indoors after 11 pm

Head guest 27 or over strongly preferred. WE have Many requests for gatherings of 20-25 year olds and many promises regarding noise restrictions and we need a responsible leader of the group. If you are a group everyone younger than 28 and TRULY can be relied upon for quiet after 11pm, lets chat about it. We want happy renters and don't want upset neighbors

The pool is completely upgraded with new mahogany deck, new lounges, oil floats and umbrellas. The pool is fully fenced and gated. The canal is gated on two access points but not gated from side of house.

3 day minimum strongly preferred . August rentals 1 -2 weeks preffered
