Welcome to your Oceanside oasis, a stunning beachfront retreat that promises an unforgettable stay. Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, this 2,400 sq. ft. property features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, and three full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The open-concept living area seamlessly blends with the dining room, offering a perfect space to unwind and enjoy the ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Relax on the deck with a BBQ grill and fire pit, or enjoy the private spa for a rejuvenating experience. High-speed wireless internet, air conditioning, and heating ensure you stay comfortable year-round.

PARKING: 2 Parking Spaces (1 Car Garage & 1 Street Parking Space in Front of the Driveway)

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Nice get-away

Relaxing, awesome ocean view from both outside patio area and thru big windows if inside. Had our 2 dogs with us who enjoyed the large yard and a place to zonk out after getting back from Del Mar dog beach about 20min south. No sand by house unless you walk toward the pier, but didnt miss it.

Beautiful beachfront home

By far, this has been the absolutely most amazing beach house rental EVER! It is right on the ocean with amazing set-up outside with 2 fire pits. The inside is beautiful and sleeps so many people! Each room has a connecting bathroom! This rental is even more amazing than advertised!!

Great location

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the sight and sound of the ocean so close. We did have an issue with the dishwasher, but one phone call and someone came and fixed it within about 30 minutes.

An Amazing time on the beach

Our family really enjoyed our week getaway in Oceanside at this beachfront property. The pictures are close to accurate but the salt, sand, water has done a number on the property (expected with being so close to the ocean). We loved being able to bring the dogs and walking to the pier and restaurants. We had a great time! FYI - Gardeners come on Tuesday mornings (early). And bottom unit has only one off street parking space.

We’re local and this felt like a vacation!

Our family celebrated our daughters 12th birthday at this awesome property and it could not have been more perfect. There is a “suite” with bunk beds, bathroom, game table and more beds that the kids really enjoyed. The kitchen and living area are huge with views of the ocean. You can walk across the little street to a sand beach. We played a lot of Bach games then came back to bbq and cook s’mores. No complaints at all! Again, we live in Encinitas and this place felt like we flew to Hawaii for the weekend!

The backyard is right on the beach with a comfortable outdoor couch, fire pits and tons of relaxing chairs. There are even stairs right down to the sand! The inside is decorated calming and relaxing and has everything you could ever want. One room even has 2 sets of queen size bunk beds with an added trundle! Perfect for big parties! It's a don't miss!

Kids can play in the sand out under umbrellas without being right on the water which is so convenient for little ones.. Kitchen has all supplies needed for cooking in for a big crowd. Furnishings are adequate neighborhood is slightly rougher than I expected and people like to walk across the backyard more than I was comfortable with. Backyard is amazing, but surf is crazy strong and you certainly have no beach. Only major disappointment was the sand in the back yard. The photos made it look like kids could play in the yard sand, but the sand was practically nonexistent and completely washed into the ground. With no beach, that left us w sad kiddos. Overall a good trip!

Too noisy

Beautiful ocean retreat in every way except instead of rising to the symphony of the ocean we were awaken at 6 am every morning to pounding, jumping and scrething of a toddler from 6-8 am we heard every move every toy rolling about the floor . There was literally no buffer between our unit and the duplex above. They desperately need to have better installation between the two units as it effects the enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately these other reviews were not available at time of booking. I do not anticipate a return visit or a recommendation to friends as noise unacceptable. Owner needs to fix or advise before booking.
