Regarding the pet fee, we’d like to clarify that the fee is automatically included at the time of booking when the “bringing a pet” option is selected during the reservation process. In this case, the reservation only indicated the number of guests and did not include a pet selection, so the pet fee was not added to the initial total. Once we were made aware that a pet was accompanying the stay, the applicable fee was collected. Thank you again for your feedback.
