The Palms #901 is a luxurious one-bedroom two-bath ground floor villa tucked away in a private and quiet corner in one of the nicest locations on the property. Often the only sound you will hear is the waves crashing on the nearby beaches. The Palms is one of the upscale resorts at Wailea with impeccably kept grounds and a luxurious chlorine-free pool. Lots of extras.

The spacious unit is 1022 square feet, and the wrap-around covered lanai provides another 450 square feet of island-style living space. The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees and remains in a cool shade all day making it a popular spot for our guests. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, and has two beach loungers suitable for sun bathing in the private grass area in front of the unit. It has a dining table and chairs and a top-of-the line gas grill.

THE PALMS AT WAILEA

The Palms is a 5 star condo resort located in the prestigious Wailea community on Maui. It is at a walking distance to some of the best beaches and golf courses in the world. The property is sparsely built on a 20+ acre natural hillside lot. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers. A sparkling stream and winding walkways cut across the property. A large chlorine-free swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with a hot tub. A tour desk is also on property to assist you with sightseeing and activities. All units are two-story Mediterranean townhome style buildings.
