Old World Charm
The home was surprisingly spacious. Plenty of room for dining and lounging. Convenient to all downtown activities. Quiet except for an occasional helicopter overflight from the nearby hospital. Any issues were promptly dealt with by management. Worth the money!
A Jewel on the Western Slopes!
The photo doesn't do this charmer justice! We booked this home for a week of exploring the San Juans and fall colors. This house was a complete surprise once inside. So much room and so, so clean. All the rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. A lot of thought and detail went into furnishing this place. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the couch and chairs in the living room. The kitchen was set up for gourmet cooking with all sorts of pots, pans, and accessories (and sharp knives!!). Two different coffee makers! There was a tremendous amount of room to spread out and be comfortable. The fenced back yard was great as we had our pups with us and they loved laying in the tall grass. Off street parking was a bonus - park in the alley. Convenient location to everything in town and an extremely walkable neighborhood. Everything about this house was wonderful. It was set up like your family was coming to visit. We can't say enough about how wonderful and comfortable our stay was. Kendra is easily reachable and responds quickly to any problems. We will return!!
Nice home, great yard for the dog, nice neighborhood.
I'd stay here again. That sums it up.
Your property made our stay so much more comfortable than a motel. It felt like home.
Urban Montrose house
An old bungalow house typical of the old neighborhood. This home was clean, well kept and appointed with interesting knickknacks. Beds comfortable and kitchen adequately stocked with items necessary to prepare meals. Good value; certainly a 4 star for this price range. Pleased with the rental and would stay there again.
What is a swamp cooler
We really loved the house and location! The only issue for us was that the weather got really hot and the house got warm. Being from Texas we didn't know to use the swamp cooler. Luckily my sister in law lives in Colorado and came over and helped us out. It might be good to have some info available for renters about it.
The Black Canyon National Park is 22 miles away. We are located just in-between 3 MAJOR ski resorts. There is a water park on the river that is AMAZING for kayaking. Telluride is just down the highway and this is an affordable way to enjoy Telluride festivals or skiing.
