This house is in a fantastic location, just one block from the heart of town, can walk to everything! (festivals in the park, Bridge St. shops, marina, Oleson's Supermarket, movie theater, farmer's market, mushroom houses, splash pad, park, music concerts, local beaches, drawbridge-lighthouse, bars and restaurants). It is also minutes to Castle Farms and many of Charlevoix's local wedding/function venues.
This home is newly renovated, very clean, in a quiet, private neighborhood, and has all the amenities you should need for your stay, including air conditioning. The main living space is a great spot to hang out, featuring a kitchen with an island. This area is open to the living. Dining at island or in garden.
The house can sleep 2 people:
Bedroom 1- 1 Queen
The layout works well for a couple looking for a spacious getaway. Oleson’s food center and Andy’s deli/party store are within two blocks from the home. You will love being downtown where you can walk or bike to everything!
Spend your evenings relaxing in the garden.
Fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, gas range, hood, coffee maker, blender, all the kitchen/baking ware you will need.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and ceiling fan a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, gas grill, cable tv, wi-fi, and a 1car driveway with additional parking on the street or adjacent parking lot.
You will love staying at this home while being close to all that Charlevoix has to offer. The house is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood, and is on the south side of the bridge (much easier for accessing downtown). It is 1/2 blocks away from Bridge St., yet there is no road noise or busy traffic! It is a short walk or bike ride to Charlevoix's great beaches, such as Lake Michigan Beach, Lake Michigan beach access via Antrim St., & Ferry Beach.
