Located in the heart of Breckenridge, this condo is walking distance to Main Street, shopping and restaurants. Only 1 block to the gondola, and ski home down 4 O'Clock Run. The property has an onsite hot tub, pool, laundry, covered parking, elevators, and just steps away from the free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town or on the mountain. It is hard to find a better location with more onsite amenities than Ski Hill condos. The interior of the condo is roomy with an open kitchen and great room with a sunny breakfast nook with views of the town and Mount Baldy, and a large dining area that seats 8-10. The gas fireplace and flat screen TV allows the whole family to gather and be comfortable. The sleeping rooms are very versatile, a master suite with a king bed and gorgeous slate tile bathroom and a view of the peaks; a second bedroom with a new queen and twin bunk where guests can use the hall bath. Upstairs is a loft where 2 twins can be configured as a king, a bathroom and a view of the peaks. Off of the loft is a separate room with a queen bed. The condo also offers a large, fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining area. This ski hill condo offers everything you are looking for during your ski vacation, comfort, amenities, location, and convenience.

We have been looking for a property for 3 years in the mountains and held out for the perfect unit in the perfect location. The over 1400 sq foot newly remodeled top floor unit offers plenty of space for the entire family, large family dinners, cozy nights around the fire. The in unit laundry is great along with the on premises hot tubs, grills and pool. On site covered parking and elevator makes moving in a breeze. Very close to town, on the bus route, walk to the gondola and only a mile from grocery and church. Lots of restaurants and night life and perfect access to grab the bus every 10 minutes to any of the ski lifts.
What makes this Condo unique
We love watching the sun rise from the breakfast nook and the sun set from the bedroom. Lots of sunshine and beautiful views. It is fun to see all the bustle in town or just take in the Colorado sky and peaks. Easy access to eateries and brew pubs. Great for kids too with the museums close and great ski schools. Great fun in the summer for hiking, biking and swimming or just enjoying the wonderful ambiance.

Condo was excellent!!! Stocked with everything imaginable—great layout, nicely decorated!
We will definitely rent this unit again!! The location was perfect for walking to town, grocery store, liquor store, gondola, restaurants, etc. I did not try the ski run back to the condo but my family did.
The unit is super close to the hot tub, as well!
The kitchen had every utensil, and even a healthy spice drawer!—We brought a lot from home not expecting anything other than salt and pepper.

Ski in at Breck
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the gondola and Main Street. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. I feel the pictures do not do this place justice. The living room is open and the large window gives a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was updated. I highly recommend this condo. Breckenridge is our favorite ski town.
Spatious, clean, awesome location!
Stayed here for a girls' weekend, and was very pleased with the place. Tons of space for sleeping and socializing, updated and well-appointed kitchen, and great gas fireplace. Maybe most-importantly, the condo is perfectly located for taking advantage of everything Breck has to offer. Definitely recommended.
Spacious, comfortable, well-appointed condo convenient to everything at Breck. All three generations of us were very pleased with our stay.
Comfortable and clean accommodations in a very convenient location.
The property is well maintained and situated just a brief walk from the gondola and downtown Breckenridge. The unit was spacious for seven people, but it might be a little tight for a larger crowd. Please note that parking privileges are limited to one car. Overnight parking is scarce, and we were forced to park a second car in a satellite lot about two miles from the condo.
We were very satisfied with the condo, and we'd stay there again!
Perfect location, great for families
Right on the bus lines, but a block or two from town! Kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of beds. Although the hill to the units is unshoveled, making it a slippery ride to enter the garage, the sidewalks are heated, so walking around is easy. And the bus stop and gondola are right there! A nice layout for families, too--with beds upstairs and down, so you can hear kids or not, as you wish.
Great in-town location close to shopping, dinning, sledding, golf and more in Breckenridge. Mountain biking and hiking trails out the front door plus 600+miles of dirt trails in Summit County. Ski-in from the nearby 4 O'clock ski run and bus or gondola out to resort amenities.
