The location was great and it was a very nice place overall. However, they claim to be pet friendly but my dogs got loose because the front door is broken & will only close if you lock it. So we had 15 minutes of hell trying to find our dogs, luckily we did. Secondly the kitchen sink had a red ant infestation that I had to take care of myself and they claimed to have beach equipment but when we took an umbrella of theirs to the beach on a very hot and sunny day the umbrella was broken.The pool in the backyard was barely usable as it’s in full sun with no shade whatsoever. I addressed these issues but wasn’t offered compensation but I was asked many times to give them a 5 star review which I cannot do. They deserve a 3 star at best.

Beautiful place & wonderful location!

We loved our stay. The house was peaceful but walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and of course the beach. Would have liked a few baking sheets and maybe some grill tools but other than that it was perfect!

Lovely place and location

We stayed here for two nights the weekend after Christmas and it was perfect. The check-in process was simple and direct. The place was welcoming and so clean. The bedrooms are very spacious. The location is central to all the great places we like to visit. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Since we didn’t want to eat every meal out, we planned on cooking. The kitchen was bare bones. There were not enough coffee cups or forks to get us through one day without washing for 4 people. The few pans need replacing, the non-stick coating was worn. The toaster was broken. No blender. Needs to add sheet pan and basic cooking gear. For people that aren’t cooking or eating in, the place is great! Nice pool, good location.

Seascape Sensational

We had a wonderful time at Seascape 1 at St Augustine Beach. Property was lovely and pristine. Comfortable, close to beach, and pretty walkable go local eateries and ice cream. Pool was so nice. Absolutely loved it.

Great vacation

My family and I loved this house. It was perfect for everyone. The beach is a short walk. When it is too cold for the beach you had a pool. House was equipped with everything we needed. Able to walk to restaurants and coffee. :) Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean unit and super responsive prop mgr. great location; close to beach. keep in mind this is a duplex so you will hear those in apt above.

Beautiful Beach Stay

We were in St. Augustine for a wedding and wanted a beach location. The beach house was perfect for us. Easy access to the beach, pool for relaxing at the unit. Great front porch. Everything we were hoping for!

Nice, But,

Nice location, very quiet street. Pool is nice and is heated. But, not the place to stay longer than a weekend. When there is another booking in the upstairs, the noise is LOUD. We actually had to leave on a rainy Saturday because of the noise. we stayed for the month and there were no cleaning supplies, the kitchen pots and pans are horrible and the dishwasher wasn't do a good job cleaning. We bought lightbulbs for the ceiling fan and replaced batteries in the wall clock. If you stay a short time, book this house. If you stay longer, look elsewhere.

Spacious Home with Pool Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time in your spacious and clean home. Enjoyed our time in the salt water heated pool and the convenience of being so close to the beach. It was a great space to spend time with family.

Fantastic!!! Well worth it

Words cannot describe how nice of a place this is. We LOVED it and will definitely will be back again, next time we will rent both upstairs and downstairs with a larger group. Walking distance to the beach and short ride to downtown. Could not have asked for a better place. Thank you David for all your help

I want to start off by saying this was one of most relaxing and informative stays that I have EVER had. Vrbo blocked the date out after a certain time the day before and the day I wanted to come was my birthday!! The property owner responded to me Immediately and told me about itrip. And I was able to book it on my birthday and definitely turned my day into a magical trip. Anything I needed, questions about the area and dining was answered just as if we have known each other for a while! They created a birthday excursion for me and that really wow’d me!!! :) The property is VERY a lean and quiet! It’s literally steps to beach access and fun!! We will definitely return to this property on my next return to St. Augustine! Huge thanks to the Seascape team! You truly know how to make your guest feel right at home!! I’ve raved about you to my friends who are fellow flight attendants as well!! See you soon!!!

We came to meet up with a friend from Jacksonville. It was wonderful catching up while punching around the pool. The rest of the week was spent on the beach or hopping on a trolley to St Augustine. A perfect place to stay!

Seascape1 is a wonderful property to enjoy your stay in St.Augustine Beach.Nearby access to the beach, backyard with a pool ,and plenty of restaurants and activities to choose from!We had a very comfortable stay and would love to return next year!

Wyomingites Escape the Cold

Seascape 1 was the perfect place in a perfect location. We loved being within walking distance of the beach and good restaurants. We also enjoyed quick access to the area’s best attractions from Seascape’s convenient location. Highly recommended!
