About this property

See the manatee all piled up in the Springs

Very deep canal all year around! River home with granite top kitchen counters & remodeled baths. King size bed in the master bedroom with a queen bed in the second bedroom. Living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two more. Open floor plan with large living, dining & kitchen area (fireplace). Sleeps 6 comfortably and 1 more can sleep on the 2nd couch. Large back porch with a separate screened in area. Pool just installed this past summer. Walkway leads to the dock which is very close to the house. Large 20' long floating dock to tie off to. Remodel completed this past summer with new floors, new paint, new appliances & furniture.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash towels ahead of time so only the sheets are left for the cleaning crew.
All trash should be removed from the house & placed in the outside trash container.
Any food brought in should be thrown away unless in unopened containers. Condiments like salt & pepper can be left for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not adjust the pool settings - it is on an automatic timer. There is an additional fee to use the heater with the pool.

The house was well maintained, clean, and smelled fantastic! House owner was great to work with! The added touch of bath n body hand soaps, and wall plug ins were wonderful! The pool was quite enjoyable, our kiddos loved it! The floating dock for our boat was greatly appreciated, as well as the fish cleaning station plus hose! We will definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay on the river. I have stayed at better and I have stayed at worse ;) . Overall a very comfortable home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Def would stay here again if the occasion arises.

My husband, 9 year old son and I just stayed for spring break in Crystal River. The house was very clean and had everything that you need! We loved being on the water and taking the kayaks out - it was so much fun! We thought it was a good location close to stores and restaurants. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this house to others.
