Venite a godere perfezione panoramica - G313. E 'stato dato il nome di "La perfezione Panoramic" perché la vista è diverso da qualsiasi altro dei nostri condomini una camera da letto. Dal soggiorno, cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale si ha una visione chiara libera del mare. È veramente ottenere il meglio dei due mondi, come G313 si siede al piano superiore del condominio elevato aumento in una zona tranquilla del complesso e ti dà una visione completa senza ostacoli sia del porto e l'oceano. I suoni delle onde penetrano fino al condominio e sono sostenuti dalla musica del ruscello gorgogliante di seguito. Il condominio di recente ha attraversato una ristrutturazione completa e l'interno è fantastico, proprio come la vista. A partire dal 27 settembre 2016, questo complesso è uno dei venti nel complesso che ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno del condominio. Se si desidera una sensazione veramente coccolati questo è il posto per voi!

G313 è situato nel complesso unico in Oceanside che si trova direttamente On-The-Sand, che significa solo una breve passeggiata attraverso il complesso si frappone tra voi e la sabbia! Il condominio ha TV a schermo piatto in camera da letto soggiorno e maestro ed entrambi hanno la TV via cavo. Alta wifi velocità è disponibile gratuitamente con il noleggio. Attrezzatura da spiaggia è anche fornito e comprende: boogie boards, teli da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e giocattoli sabbia. Il condominio ha anche un camino e da parete riscaldatori per i mesi invernali.

I motivi complessi sono curati alla perfezione e vantano una sensazione molto tropicale lussureggiante! Amerai fare una passeggiata all'interno della proprietà gated ed esplorare i piccoli ruscelli, stagni koi, fontane, e nicchie nascoste. Il complesso è inoltre dotato di due piscine, due vasche idromassaggio, una stazione di grigliatura commerciale, sala giochi, peso e sala cardio, e diverse lavanderia. North Coast Village è veramente un luogo unico per una vacanza indimenticabile.

Paradise

Property is gorgeous and very well taken care of. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and stuff to do within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back!

Great view!

Great view from this unit. Everything was as described- furnished well, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and always love coming back to North Coast Village!

Great Ocean and Harbor Views

This was a very nice condo with great ocean views. I enjoyed the complementary snacks and cleanliness. I think the bed could definitely use a mattress upgrade. It's almost a week later and my neck and back are still hurting. It was still an overall great experience.

Checking process

HOA personnel need training on politeness and client service approach. Checking was horrible. However, the location is awesome, the appartement is very nice, with a good view on the ocean. Highly recommend that place.

Great view very wonderful

The condo’s kitchen had almost everything you could imagine. Everything was a short walk from the condo (pool, ocean, gym, koi pond, etc.) The first days we were there, the elevator was not working. It wasn’t that bad because the walk from the garage to the condo was not very long. When we left, the elevator was working again. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The view of the ocean was spectacular. On-The-Sand was very nice and sent emails asking if we needed things.

Florida getaway

Location was fantastic...the view was amazing. Just a few suggestions the coffee table was not necessary the room is small a small ottoman would have been perfect. The patio doors need new rollers it was extremely hard to open and shut. A new air dream on the sofa sleeper would do wonders for the back if your the one having to sleep on it. The master could use a new mattress as well... always felt like I was rolling into a hole. And a designate place for groceries would be great all the cupboards were filled with an abundance of dishes. Would consider staying again.

Whole process was quick and easy with great views.

Every summer I try to get out to Oceanside at least once. North Coast Village has always been my go to. On-the-Sand made the entire process easy. The Condo was very clean and the view from the patio was amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

My two children and I stayed here and it was the perfect location with the perfect view.

This property was perfect for my family. We have stayed at this property before but never in this unit and we were extremely pleased with this unit! Perfect location!

Last minute beach getaway

North Coast Village is a great property - right on the beach in Oceanside. Reservations for the pool/hot tub filled up so quickly, we could not get in. We had a great time on the beach. As we didn't use the pool/hot tub, we likely could have stayed elsewhere for less $$, but we enjoyed the location anyway.

Wonderful. Felt like we were in Hawaii

Our stay was perfect. The condo is beautiful, we loved the view and how easy it was to get to the beach, to town, to just about everything. We hope to come back in the spring.

Beautiful View!

Just got home from a week at this condo and it was wonderful! It's literally right at the beach. From the bed in the bedroom you can see the ocean, the view from the balcony is absolute perfection, the whole condo facility was amazing! Also loved that this condo had a washer and dryer in it.

Beautiful condo with outstanding view!

This is our second year staying in G313 and as always it was amazing. Loved the upgraded shower and having a washer and dryer in the condo made the whole stay even better. There was every thing you could think of in the condo. My son loved playing with the sand toys on the beach. The view from this condo was awesome! Loved sitting out on the patio having coffee each morning. Loved the closeness of everything from Ruby's at the end of the pier to the awesome marina. We even explored a little further down in front of the marina and found a playground on the sand my son loved. We also loved watching the resident sea lion frolic in the marina and the cute squirrels playing in the rocks. Oceanside is so amazing and truly feels like "home" . We walked down to the downtown for the Farmer's Market on Thursday as well. We will for sure be back next year!!

Great views!!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful condo for a week. It had all the amenities we could have asked for. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo overlooks the ocean and the harbor. There are so many things to do in the area, as well as at the complex itself. I would suggest taking a tour of the complex soon after you arrive. The pool, whirlpool, gym, etc. are all well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend staying in this condo if you are lucky enough to have the chance.

Sunset View

The condo has a great sunset view. We had fun just watching the surfers and boats. The condo was well set up and we appreciated the newly remodeled kitchen. The complex is well tended and maintained. Elevators and garage space organized and efficient. Also the pool and hot tub are great. Our only concern are the bed and furniture are a bit tired.

View is Breathtaking!

This condo is amazing. I really can't believe we got it for the price we did. You are close to the sand the complex it is located in is closer to the water than any other complex on the beach. It has a high third level view of the ocean that you can watch sunset from and the interior of the condo is in great condition. This was our first time to Oceanside, we had been to San Diego and Carlsbad plenty of times in the past but I think we found our new home due to the price and quaint feeling of the city and the harbor. We loved it and would definitely recommend the condo and the company we worked with On The Sand.

Perfect Christmas getaway!

This updated condo was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 to spend Christmas. Very well furnished with all amenities for play inside and out. We really liked the holiday decor added to the fireplace as well as enjoying the stunning light display throughout North Coast Village. Nothing beat the evening sunsets views! Thanks for making this a Christmas to remember for us!

True to pictures and description

This condo, G313, was beyond our expectations. Clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable and the views were awesome. It is a very quiet area of the complex and that was fine with us. We will stay again.
