Disfrute de Michigan en su mejor momento: días cálidos, noches frescas y sin las multitudes de verano a lo largo de la costa. Septiembre y octubre son mis favoritos. Estamos entusiasmados de agregar otra cabaña del Lago Michigan a nuestra cartera: The Lighthouse. Construido para parecerse a un faro, la forma octogonal frente al agua ofrece impresionantes vistas desde la suite principal, la sala de estar y el comedor. Observe los cargueros y los veleros desde el interior de la casa, o desde la increíble cubierta sin barreras. 69 escalones conducen a su playa privada. Prepare comidas y bebidas en la cocina gourmet completamente equipada diseñada para el entretenimiento. Una habitación familiar separada proporciona espacio para extenderse. Tres habitaciones cada una con baño privado con capacidad para ocho personas. Comprados amueblados, estamos clasificando qué conservar y qué reemplazar, pero después de pasar nuestra primera semana en esta casa increíblemente cómoda, es el paraíso. This place was absolutely amazing. My friends and I loved our stay. The owners left this place stocked with anything you could possibly need. The views were great, the house was cozy and comfortable and those stairs gave us a great workout after walking on the beach. 10/10 would stay again!

I've rented many VRBOs, and this one is tops in terms of accuracy of listing, responsiveness of owner, amenities in the house, and all-around comfort. I seldom see so much available to us in terms of coffee, spices, condiments, etc., both in the cabinets and refrigerator. We honestly felt like their guests, not their renters. Can hardly wait for next year!

Lake Michigan getaway

This was a wonderful beach house on Lake Michigan. The house was spacious and comfortable with several amenities. The hosts provided everything you could need. The view of the lake was tremendous. We enjoyed our visit very much and highly recommend this house.

Great house overlooking the lake

The house was perfect for us. Well maintained, large kitchen, and the deck overlooking Lake Michigan is wonderful. House is large, plenty of room for family trips. Owners were so responsive to any questions I had. Great experience overall.

Fantastic Trip

This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Very clean and cozy and has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. Location on Lake MI is amazing. The beach is beautiful and you can walk for a few miles both directions . Sunsets were amazing. Owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Looking forward to coming back for another vacation on the future!

Absolutely incredible!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The house itself is classy, cozy, and extremely well stocked. They have everything you need! So many beach and bath towels, beach toys, chairs, toiletries, etc. And then the beach and the views were just breathtaking. You have plenty of private beach to enjoy, and the sunsets are incredible. Highly recommend this place!

New kitchen was amazing. Views from the house and deck were amazing. Beach is beautiful, we walked for miles! Looking forward to continued improvements to the property for future stays, as the apartment gets refreshed.

Great place for a family gathering

The house is very spacious, with lots of beds. Kitchen is well-stocked (we cooked Thanksgiving dinner there), and the lake view is amazing. The weather was chilly, but we still enjoyed walks on the beach! Also had fun playing ping pong and using the hot tub.

Gorgeous sunsets

This location checked all the boxes! The layout was perfect for our family. We loved the location. Spent some time out in Silver Lake Sand Dunes and shopping in Pentwater. Plenty of parking for everyone too! We saw bald eagles flying around everyday. So beautiful. The sunsets were amazing. We would definitely love to return someday.

Labor Day Getaway

We spent a very therapeutic Labor Day weenend at the 'Lighthouse'. The location is wondeful with the deck and the private beach being the highlight. Carol is an awesome host and the home has thoughtful touches throughout. We'll be back!

Second trip

We liked the Lighthouse so much the first time we made a return trip. It’s a great location and a great, walkable beach. Nearby town, Hart, offers a quality grocery store, good restaurants (Big Hart) and a good bakery for donuts. Owners are responsive to questions and great to work with.

Couldn’t ask for more.

Our family stayed the week of June 19th. The pictures do not do it justice. This place is loaded with anything and everything you could think of. From baggies to coffee to bug spray. My family loved our time the sunsets every night were amazing then when it was dark we enjoyed the fire pit out front. We did bring our own firewood but there was some already there. The only complaint I would have which is no fault of the owners but the water was freezing cold. We measured it at 55° so didn’t really get to enjoy beach life as much as we had hoped as well as the steps are a work out! Plan on getting in shape if your going to the beach daily. Lol. All around we would highly suggest for anyone just maybe if you want warm water wait until late July/august. Thank you to the owners absolutely beautiful, private, and perfect home.
