Villa Palma Sola ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, está a solo 10 minutos en auto de las hermosas y vírgenes playas de la isla Anna Maria y tiene todo el espacio para la familia que ha estado buscando.

Ubicada en la zona pensada después de la bahía de Palma Sola ya solo 5 minutos a pie de las vistas del agua de la bahía, esta casa está idealmente ubicada para sus próximas vacaciones relajantes en Florida.

Esta casa fue recientemente renovada y amueblada por dentro y por fuera en 2019. El dormitorio principal con cama king size tiene un baño en suite que ofrece bañera y ducha, tocador doble y un amplio armario con vestidor. Un acogedor rincón de lectura con mucha luz natural se ve directamente sobre el área de la piscina y es ideal para tomar un café temprano en la mañana o vigilar a los niños afuera.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size con mucho espacio de guardarropas y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales de tamaño XL en las que incluso los adultos tienen todo el espacio que necesitan para estirarse y descansar bien por la noche. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes y ventiladores de techo. Un segundo baño con una combinación de ducha y bañera se comparte entre las habitaciones de invitados.

Una espaciosa sala de estar con cómodos sofás le permitirá disfrutar de excelentes noches de cine o ponerse al día con sus programas favoritos de transmisión en línea, y el espacioso comedor es perfecto para comidas familiares. Esperemos que no tenga que pasar un solo minuto trabajando fuera de casa, pero si es necesario, siempre puede retirarse a la oficina separada. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena.

Por agradable que pueda ser el interior de la casa, probablemente pasará aún más tiempo afuera. La vista en lanai con barbacoa de propano, mesa de comedor y, por supuesto, una piscina climatizada le dará muchas razones para pasar innumerables horas bajo el sol de Florida.

Vacation time.

Excellent location, close to the beach and dining. Neighborhood was quite House was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay.I will be recommending this place to everyone coming to the area.

Great Stay in Bradenton

We had a wonderful time in the house. The house has a lot of space and is located in a great neighbourhood. The only thing which could be renovated would be the pool area (Tables, chairs e.g.) but overall it was wonderful and we could definitely recommend the house.

Fantastic Florida Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Palma Sola. The accommodation had everything we needed for a two week stay. The house was vey well equipped and homely. The welcome pack (dishwasher tablets etc) left by the host was very helpful in getting our holiday started. The property is walking distance from the waterfront and small inlet. Its also a great distance from Anna Maria beaches. Highly recommend.

Awesome vacation

House was as described. Very clean and spacious. Loved the space and the pool was amazing. Few minor issues that property manager said they could take care of if we needed. Nothing was pressing that needed taking care of. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors were very nice. Very convenient to beaches and restaurants. We will be back!

Home away from home

I stayed here with my family; husband, 6 year old, 2 year old and mother in law. We all loved the property. It was very clean, comfortable and the pool was amazing. The house had everything we needed and communicating with the property managers was easy. I loved the tablet used for check in and check out. Thanks for a wonderful stay, that contributed to a relaxing vacation!

Great vacation

The house was in a great location and completely equipped for living. Pool was clean and well heated. The property manager responded almost immediately to any questions. We could not have asked for anything more.

It was great. We really enjoyed it. The sprinklers just outside of the Lanai were pretty much on the whole time during our stay. Just thought the owner should know. There was an odor around the pool on occasion. Otherwise fantastic!

Stayed here for 2 weeks for my anniversary with my husband. We loved this place. It was very spacious, CLEAN, well decorated and stocked. We loved the garage, master suite and pool. Our only qualms were that the pool chairs were a little unstable, the pools leaf skimmer was torn, and the pool needed cleaning from the last stay. There was sand and bugs in the pool when we arrived which was slightly unpleasant. But the water was WARM! Overall the pool area was a delight as we spent a lot of time there on the provided floaties. The master bed was soft, comfy and we also enjoyed the recliner onlooking the pool area in the mornings. We also loved that the master suite was located on the opposite side of house from the other rooms. Over the course of the stay we noticed a pretty bad sewage smell in the master suite on rainy days and had to constantly spray air freshener in the bathroom (the water smelled). As another reviewer mentioned the shower water did splash on the sink area, since there isn’t a shower door, but that wasn’t a major deal for us. Another thing to mention is that the master suite was hotter than the other rooms at night, but the ceiling fan helped. In terms of the house being stocked, it dead what we needed. Lots of towels (more than enough for a family), lots of bakeware, silverware, and dinnerware. We wish there was a pizza pan and washed cookie sheets. There was only 1 cookie sheet pan which was pretty greasy from the last stay 😬. Minor things, though. Overall the location was a HUGE WIN with it being only 10 mins from our favorite Anna Maria beaches and in a safe, lovely Palma Sola neighborhood (my husband went for a run each morning). Getting “home” at night from the beach in no time with a straight shot to and from Manatee beach was extremely convenient. Target, Publix and the dollar tree are also just 10-15 mins away. We also didn’t get bit up by no see ums in the backyard as with some other Bradenton homes and didn’t have any Florida roaches or bugs indoors. Would I return? Absolutely, in a heartbeat! This has become one of our top 5 Bradenton homes!

Exceptional vacation property!

Pictures for this property does not do justice! The property is located on a quiet, picturesque street, 10 min away from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The home was spotless, and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Our daughter's two boyfriends came for the second week, and there was plenty of space for us all. We all enjoyed the private pool with plenty of areas for relaxing. The only thing I recommend would be to repair or change the blinds in the master bedroom as they were broken upon arrival, and I would recommend more linens for the extra pillows. We would definitely come back again!

Excellent house/neighborhood

This is a great location if you want to quickly get to the beaches but also have the ability to easily get to shopping and other destinations around Bradenton and Sarasota. There is lots of space, kitchen is great and outdoor space/pool is great for hanging out! Wifi was generally good but not great on patio or kids room. This neighborhood is fantastic, super quiet and upscale but would not be great for any groups on even the slightly noisy side as yards are super private but close together, if you were making a lot of noise or playing music constantly it would definitely bother the neighbours! Would definitely rent again

Palma Sola Sound

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood with close access to Anna Maria Island. Very spacious and clean home with access to a lovely outside private patio with pool and lanai. Plenty of outside seating with a newer gas grill. There were a variety of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use, as well as, a cooler and fishing poles (no tackle or bait included). I would highly recommend this location and working with the property manager - Island Dreams Realty. Very professional and responsive. The check-in/out process was automated and simple. The location is a close walk or drive to either Rose Park or Portosueno Park, where you can view the manatees. Google Maps gives you a 10-12 minute ETA to Anna Maria Island, but this can easily turn into 20 minutes depending upon the time of day, day of the week, and season. We found that parking on the side streets south of Holmes Beach and accessing the beach from there was easier than driving around the parking lot, which can be crowded. We also enjoyed Bayfront Park on the northeast part of the island which seemed to be a little less crowded with calmer water. We snorkeled and saw many starfish, crabs, and fish there. Fort De Soto Park and Casperen Beach were good places to find seashells and shark teeth.

The house was beautiful, very clean & comfortable. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We all LOVED the pool…perfect temperature to just get in & swim. A real treat. We truly appreciated all the beach chairs etc. that were available.

So worth it !

I planned this stay for my son's wedding and to visit some family and decided on a house stay rather then a hotel and it was so worth it. My Brandenton stay was amazing the house was lovely and clean and had all the amenities and comforts of being at your own home. We did realize that the grill was very dirty upon checking everything first since it stated thst everything had to be cleaned upon departure, but we quickly just cleaned it ourselves. I have no complaints about our stay... beds were fine, we had extra towels , even pool towels, pool was great and I would definitely use Island Dreams again and would live to come back and stay in Brandenton again a lovely community close to lots of stores and restaurants and the beach just a great stay overall.

Beautiful Home. Very accommodating.

We really enjoyed this home. The location was great and the home was beautifully furnished. They do provide a small welcome pack with a few dish tabs for the dishwasher, some dish soap, a few garbage bags, a sponge, a few rolls of toilet paper, a few rolls of paper towels, and a small bottle of Gain laundry detergent. If you use fabric softener you will have to bring your own and you will need to wait for the rinse cycle to put it in. There is no compartment on the machine to add it. The kitchen was nicely stocked and included a blender. They provided beach towels which were nicely rolled up in a basket. The pool was warm and clean. The only issues we had with the pool area was the wicker chase lounge chairs. They were all broken and we could not use them. This is the nicest house we have stayed in. We would stay again.

Wonderful!

Perfectly appointed home with all the extra little touches that made our stay incredible. Location on end of cul de sac is quiet and quaint. Close to town and activities plus all the great beaches of AMI. Super clean and plenty of space. Loved the pool and patio. Thanks for a great stay- we will definitely be back!

All in all this place was well worth the money. Great experience. Pool was clean. House was clean. Bed was a little tough to sleep on, but it didn't matter. We were so tired from all the activities! Thank you!!!

Great getaway

The house was clean and perfect for a week away! Pool was wonderful!!! The only thing to note is that the king bed is very firm. We’ve stayed at other places that had basic condiments and such in the fridge/kitchen and the only food item available was salt and pepper. Not a bad thing but something to be aware of. We would stay again!! Thanks for letting us enjoy this home!
