About Web Raulston
Our family lives in Chattanooga, TN and enjoys getting away to the mountains for rest and relaxation. We have a son, Parks, who loves playing outdoors.
Web Raulston purchased this House in 2015
Why Web Raulston chose Sweetwater
We visited this area for years and fell in love with the lush vegetation, solitude, and the sound of Fires Creek. Spend time here once and you will never want to leave.
What makes this House unique
The views from the house and the direct proximity to the creek are some of the best features. The solitude and acreage help to ensure privacy. Even though you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere the town of Hayesville is only a 10 minute drive away. Fish, tube or play in the creek. Hike on the 24 mile fires creek rim trail. Visit the unique mountain towns of Hayesville, Blue Ridge, Murphy and Brasstown. Roll the dice at the new casino. Golf and treat yourself at the Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa.

Fabulous Property !!!
Everything you would want in a vacation rental. Comfortable beds, fine linens, and the setting on the creek was more than beautiful. The owners are super nice and very accommodating. Thank you the Mitchell and Schwartz Families
Peaceful cabin on beautiful creek
Very enjoyable vacation property. Well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing time. Great owner responsive to inquiries.
Beautiful Cabin & Surroundings
Thanks Web for the use of your cabin. This was my 2nd time staying there, wonderful experience each time.
EXACTLY what we were looking for!
It took me a while to find what I wanted: nicely appointed and modern, but that rustic cabin feel; secluded and water front. This is THAT place! The pictures are accurate and fabulous, but you just can't appreciate this place until you get there and FEEL it! The entire wall facing the creek is ALL windows! When you can pull yourself inside, you still have that view and feel of the creek. Very thoughtfully appointed and maintained. The owner is easily accessible and accommodating. We will be back! Thank you, Web and family!
Thank you thank you for the 5 star review. Glad you all enjoyed it. Truly a pleasure to work with. Hope to have you all back or as neighbors one day!
Wonderfull and Relaxing
The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was at the cabin aside from food which a small trip into town took care of that. The property is quiet and relaxing making for wonderful sleep and relaxing times around the fire pit. The fishing in the area was also very convenient and not overcrowded. Again this was a wonderful place for a nice and peaceful vacation.
It was everything I imagined and more!!! Loved this place!
Very clean and beautiful home by a clear creek. It was a little remote, but you didn't feel alone. You pass two nice houses on the same road to get to this house, located at the end of the road. Also, you can look across the creek at the end of the driveway and see another gorgeous house with the mountains rising behind it. We didn't see any bears, but one day at dusk, there were two bobcat cubs that came down to the creek to drink and play. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on booking again next year.
Situated directly on fires creek, which flows from, and backs up to the Nantahala National Forest, Black Bear Sanctuary, and Leatherwood Falls. 10 minutes to downtown Hayesville, NC. 20 minutes to the new casino, Brasstown Resort, and Murphy, NC. Fires creek rim trail begins across the creek. The creek is a world class trout stream with natural and stocked trout.
