PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great for a working retreat

I met up here with friends/colleagues for a writing retreat, and was not disappointed! A perfect place to work or relax, lots of space and lots of privacy, great location.

Kauai in May

Had a wonderful trip. Was raining the last 2 days which was sad. Place is super well stocked and clean. Great walking distance to Poipu beach. Has boogie boards cooler and we left some swim rings. The only thing was there is construction outside our balcony that we were not told about. I feel like this should be disclosed or a discount offered. Frustrating to sit on our balcony and listen to heavy equipment working 15 feet away. Takes the peacefulness away. Again please disclose as I might of picked a different unit or reduce price for inconvenience.

Nihi Kai Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It had views of ocean in living room upstairs and the front bedroom down stairs. There is a patio in the upstairs where we spent the early morning hour looking out at the ocean, enjoying the palm trees and the breeze. The pool is very close to the unit but not close enough to be noisy or distracting. The beds and linens were comfortable. The kitchen has all of the supplies and conveniences you will need. There were beach back back chairs and boogie boards provided on the front porch. We could walk to Brenecke's where there is a lovely open air restaurant upstairs and a place to rent snorkeling gear next store. Poipu beach is right across from Brenecke's. There is a children's area in the water where you are protected from the larger waves and is where you can still get in the water safely and snorkel etc. On the last day, I was in the water and there was a sea turtle just a few feet away in the water. We saw sea turtles basking in the sand every morning on the beach. It is our favorite spot and place. We will be back. We had difficulty locking the front door on the day of arrival. I called the front desk and within 2 minutes they were there walking up the stairs explaining the lock to me and we could head to the beach. It was 5 star all around. We will definitely be back. This is our new favorite spot in Poipu Beach. Thank you/Mahalo

Ideal

There were four of us staying in this condo, and we couldn't have been happier with it. The condo was clean and came equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and deck. We walked to the beach across the street, but preferred the beach a couple of hundred yards down the street, so packed up the car with beach chairs and soft cooler provided by the host and drove to the parking lot across the street so we didn't have to cart it all. It was a great area to snorkel. Communication with the host was so easy. We never had to wonder about anything because we received several texts with a phone number in case we had any problems. One bedroom had a king bed and the other, two twins. This was fine for my husband and I as he tosses and turns, so he didn't keep me awake. We thoroughly enjoyed this location.

Relaxing water front property with all the essentials

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. High end furnishings and good decor matched a lovely view. The condo was stocked with all the essentials exceeding our expectations (lots of cooking spices, kitchen utensils / basics, beach chairs, pool toys, coolers). Good location to walk Poipu and easy access to most of the island. We will come back to enjoy again!
