We hope you enjoy an exceptional stay with us in quaint Mission Hills.
This is the perfect location to explore all that San Diego has to offer.
We offer elite comfort for up to 4 guests with A/C and heating, exceptionally comfortable beds, quality linens, plenty of sheets and towels, Smart TV; FREE laundry, FREE coffee, FREE bottled waters, and snacks upon arrival. Guest toiletries, hair dryer, Makeup mirror and spa robes also provided. This beautiful rental has everything you need for a memorable stay in San Diego !

The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment is quite large, boasting 1000 square feet of living space. The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.

The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. FREE coffee and tea, bottled water, creamer, and snacks are provided as well.

Exercise equipment, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, all provided for your stay.

Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. A remote control to access the gated driveway is provided for use during your stay.

A beautiful location and home with owners who were extremely responsive and helpful. They were flexible with expanding our stay and accepted packages for us when we needed them. You are near the airport and you won’t hear zero noise, but we never found it to be a problem or anything that kept us awake. Overall, a great stay.

Great place to stay if you are looking to experience a little bit of everything San Diego has to offer with a short drive. There is also a train stop near by that is easy to get to if you don’t mind a little walk. The view from the property and the grounds are gorgeous. The hosts are kind, friendly, and attentive. This is a great home base for exploring the city.

We had a wonderful stay in San Diego! The location was perfect, central to everything, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to all the areas we wanted to explore. The property was beautifully and elegantly decorated, making it feel both upscale and comfortable. It was also incredibly relaxing, with great views that made it easy to unwind after a day out. The host are really nice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego!

Adorable apartment in a beautiful historic house with THE BEST view of San Diego overlooking downtown and the bay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check-in was easy. Fully furnished with no stone unturned. Loved the hot tub after a day of touring the city. Highly recommend!

Pictures don’t really do this place justice. My sister and I stayed here for a week, and we were thoroughly charmed. The apartments is beautiful and comes with all the amenities you could want. The outdoors spaces are stunningly landscaped with plenty of places to lounge and enjoy the view. We loved sitting outside in the morning and painting watercolors of the garden. This is a great location, though I would recommend having a car. Everything from beaches, restaurants and museums are all within a 15 minutes drive. William and Tiffany were very helpful and gracious. We really loved our stay and would love to stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay - inside and out! The bed was a little too high for me being a short person but everything else was perfect. Hosts were great and responded quickly! 100% stay here if you have a chance.

The property is beautifully kept. Everything we needed to feel like home. The location was perfect. 5 minutes to Old Town Station was super convenient for trolley access to Little Italy, Gaslamp, Seaport etc. Short drive to Mission and Pacific Beaches, Sunset Cliffs. We easily explored the Downtown vibe had a nice experience at Petco Park. Highly recommend!!!

What a terrific find! Everything posted was actually at this beautiful home. We stayed for 6 nights and hope to return sometime in the future. Tiffany and Bill thought of everything. The views are outstanding, especially at night with the sunset and the colorful runway. We loved the backyard terrace with ideal relaxation seating. The location is great too. Close to all the attractions with a quick Uber ride. I must note, the Linens/towels match any 5 Star hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience in a fun city!

Rare opportunity to enjoy and experience this Historic Mansion built in 1913. Fully upgraded and meticulously maintained, there is virtually no other property like it. The property has lots of outdoor entertaining spaces to enjoy the sunny San Diego weather and views of downtown, the embarcadero and more. Outrageous sunsets and fireworks nightly during the summer.
