Unidad # 3045: Este plano de planta abierto tiene 2 dormitorios / 2 baños y se encuentra en la Torre 3. Hay vistas del golfo desde la cocina, la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal, el segundo dormitorio y el balcón. La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, gabinetes nuevos y una despensa. Hay pisos nuevos en todas partes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana inteligente de 42 pulgadas. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen y un elegante televisor de pantalla plana de 39 pulgadas. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana inteligente de 65 pulgadas. El establecimiento se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de varios restaurantes y tiendas. Nueva lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Junto con el Wi-Fi gratuito, es una garantía para una excelente estadía en Shoreline Towers.

Las canchas de tenis y el shuffle board también están disponibles.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean, steps away from the beach, used the gym daily. The pool was a great alternative when ocean water was rough. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The condo was everything we needed and more! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and so kind! Location is perfect, condo cleanliness was perfect and the beach chairs and umbrella was icing on the cake! My family and I would stay again with no hesitation!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay in this condo. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is just steps away and we had a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. Hosts were great with communication. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay. We will definitely return. Private beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided. So relaxing to sit and enjoy the beautiful water. There is also a pool and sauna. View of the beach from every window. Convenient to everything

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four! It had everything we needed and more. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach and close to everything Destin has to offer. The condo was clean, updated, and had stunning beach views. The included beach chair setup was such a nice bonus and made our beach days even more relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent, friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. Our time was spent between the pool, pickleball court and the beach. The owners were great communicators and made our spring break trip go very smoothly. We’d highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to spend some time in Destin!

This property is amazing! Just a few steps to the beach. The unit itself was great. Completely updated and everything worked nicely. The unit is right off of the elevator and there is a trash chute right there as well which is very convenient. There are tons of restaurants nearby as well. Definitely staying again.

Wonderful Unit!

Very neat and clean. Plenty of bath towels a d supplies. Great aroma and I loved the master suite and master bath. The price was very reasonable. The added bonus of the beach chair set was awesome. Hope to return next year.

Stayed in May

Wonderful condo in the heart of Destin and very close to all main attractions. Smaller building so no wait for elevators or trouble with parking. And the beach is right there - no streets to cross. Destin beach is hard to beat with clear water, soft (not hot) sand and wildlife too (a sea turtle swam by). Nice large kitchen in the condo and everything else needed for the beach. Seamless check in and check out. Would certainly recommend.

Great beach trip!!

I was very impressed with the condo. I loved the open area kitchen to living room and being able to see outside from the kitchen table. The living room was also very spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom were great! They had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was so easy to work with. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Fantastic Location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. Pool is really nice and very clean. Condo was very clean and fully equipped with anything you might need. And Lori was awesome to work with. Extremely responsive and shared some helpful tips on getting groceries delivered. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future!

Winter Escape

First time visit to this area. We loved the location of this property and found the condo and the whole property exceptionally clean. The water is a beautiful color and the sand is like no other I have ever seen. The condo is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the deck with a nice partial view of the Gulf. I would chose this condo again if I am ever back in this area. I felt we were lucky to find this condo. Lori has a very nice rental property.

Amazing host, Amazing Property

I cannot say enough good things about my recent trip to Destin. Lori was PHENOMENAL to work with, and always responded very quickly to any of my questions or concerns. The unit was beautiful and so clean! So close to the beach, and so close to tons of restaurants and shopping. DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

Condo was spacious and clean. The beach service was nice, we just had to check in the first day and our name were put on chairs, beach front every day thereafter. The owner was very responsive with any needs. The beach was not overcrowded. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. There were tennis rackets and anything extra you needed for the beach. The one thing I wish we would have known was you are not allowed to bring your own beach canopies or umbrellas (chairs were ok). All appliances seemed new and worked well. Overall, we would return to the condo!

Family Vacation 2025

The property was nice. It could have been a little cleaner. We had some issues with the internet. The property manager was very prompt with responding to the issue with the internet. There was one morning where they were doing some kind of work on another unit. It was ridiculously loud. The individuals at the front gate were a bit frustrating as it was not consistent how we should enter. Other than those minor issues, it was a nice play to stay.

I was disappointed to see the 4 star rating. You mentioned the housekeeping, internet issues and security/gate entrance had issues. I apologize for any housekeeping issues. I wish you would have brought to my attention and I could have had housekeeping return and remedy whatever the situation was. As far as the internet you emailed us and we suggested resetting the modem, however, you quickly responded that someone had accidentally turned off the power strip that powered the modem. As far as the gate/security entrance I can assume it’s a new employee. I will monitor to make sure that this isn’t an issue for future guests. Lastly, we hope you appreciated the early check-in that you requested.

Great Location

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It is located 3 minutes walk from the beach. The place is very well maintained clean and operational. In fact we felt the condo is nicer in real than it looks in the pictures The only issue we had is the AC in the master br didn't work like the rest of the rooms and it was slightly warmer compared to the 2nd br and living area. However since we stayed 3 nights only it wasn't such a big deal.

Family vacation

We were very pleased with our stay. It was nice to be surrounded mostly by families with a good mix of younger kids and teenagers. The condo had a great amount of extra stuff that we didn’t make room for in our packing including a good selection of games and beach toys (if you have younger kids). I was really happy to see tennis rackets and balls. We were also happy to have the chairs and umbrella provided in the deal at the beach. The extra chairs in the condo came in handy for the beach in the evenings. My boys really enjoyed hanging out in the pool at night and we had fun playing tennis. Bring your pickleball paddles & balls if that is your game. There are 3 pickleball courts and 1 tennis court. One thing that might be helpful for future guests is to let you know that the king size mattress in the master bedroom is pretty firm, so if you are used to a plush or memory foam bed, you might find it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, we loved the condo and will consider booking it again if we return to this area.

My husband and I have been vacationing at Shoreline Towers since 1987. Our three children have grown up vacationing in Destin. Shoreline Towers has become a family tradition for us.

Destin has beautiful white sand beaches. We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious (1430 sq ft for a 2 bedroom unit). The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
