This condo is Postcard Perfect with views of the marina and amenities galore! You will fall in love as soon as you step inside this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo just steps away from the Amtrak Station, the beach and downtown New Buffalo. Park the car (in our large gated parking lot) and walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV with DVD player. The second bedroom features 2 full beds and a flat screen TV. There are two full baths and a washer/ dryer. The living room has a balcony and a pull out couch with a flat screen TV, cable, WIFI and a Blu-Ray Player. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with plenty of items for basic cooking. This condo features an indoor and outdoor pool, fabulous fitness center with plenty of equipment and a rooftop deck with a kitchen for entertaining which includes an ice maker, microwave and refrigerator. The views on the rooftop deck will just amaze you! Great for watching the boats come in and out of the marina or the sunset! It's a quick walk to the beach! The house also has beach towels and chairs for your use. Come and enjoy all that this beautiful condo has to offer in downtown New Buffalo! This home is a Friday to Friday rental.

- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
