Enjoy a spectacular, 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and the world-famous Siesta Key white sand Crescent Beach. Watch the sailboats glide across the Gulf, while dolphins play in the water just off the beach. This is the view from every room plus the lanai in this fifth floor, center front condo.

Start your day with an early morning stroll along the water's edge and perhaps some shelling. Follow this with a day of swimming in the crystal clear, aqua blue water of the Gulf, or enjoying a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses. End your day in this tropical paradise by watching the magnificent colors in the sky as the sun slowly sets on the horizon, turning the view to a crimson orange.

Our condo is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a love seat, and two additional chairs. The unit has separate private bedroom suites, each with their own bath, cable TV, ceiling fan, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and leather recliner. The guest room has two twin beds. The unit also features a brand new all-white kitchen with granite counters, fully-equipped and modern. All with an unobstructed view of the Gulf.

No smoking or pets, please. We hope you will choose to visit our 'Home at the Beach.'

Can't get enough of the view!
This was our 2nd time staying in the condo. The porch and view are amazing. We loved being able to come up from the beach and have lunch and still enjoy the incredible view of the beach. It was so relaxing. Barb is a wonderful host, very responsive and always there if you need anything.

The condo is wonderful and Barb is so thoughtful. She called to let us know the condo was ready, had 4th of July decorations for my kids, and even checked in on us mid stay to see how the boys handled the fireworks. You cannot beat the view and the place comes stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!

This property has a great location. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. When we were there the weather wasn’t very nice but still enjoyed the condo and the balcony very much!

Relaxing Getaway
This unit was just as described. The elevator was down briefly (not good when you're on the 5th floor), but they had it repaired within a day! Carport parking is very close, which is handy with coming and going on hot days. Good location near lots of things to do, or just lounging on the beach. Unit was even equipped with some beach toys and a skim board!

Hidden gem
Staying at Crescent Arms was spectacular! The view from our veranda of the Gulf was mesmerizing, the condo is set up perfectly with a living room between the master bedroom with bath and second bedroom with bath. With a television in each area, everything is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Also, it is located close to all Siesta Key shopping. Our hostess, Barbara made us feel welcome at every turn. We loved staying in her beautiful condo. We hope to be back again. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had the best week at Siesta Key. Barb was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. This was our 2nd stay in this great condo and definitely not our last.

Siesta Key Beach 2023
Our stay in Siesta Key was an amazing week!!! Perfect weather and the view's from our condo were awesome! The only issue we had was with the guys putting out the chairs each morning.....seemed like they showed favoritism to some of the "regulars" and the rules for the chairs each morning seemed to change each day depending on who you were and who you talked to! One of the guys was actually kind of rude to myself and another family that we met there one day so that was a bit frustrating! Barbara was amazing to work with and so thoughtful! We would definitely like to rent again from her sometime in the future! Just a couple of small suggestions.....there was only one beach chair in the closet and two would have been perfect because we like to sit at the water's edge and they wouldn't let us pull the chairs down there! Also, Greg suggested that if you had a higher table (like a bar table with stools) on the lanai, it would be easier to see the beautiful beach! We are completely satisfied with our stay ~ thank you so much!!! You have a beautiful condo!!!! Greg and Brenda Gas City, Indiana
