Nani O'Hana is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home located in the quiet neighborhood of Poipu Kai. The house is located in the Lanai Villas subdivision of Poipu Kai community where you can easily walk to beaches, tennis courts, pool, Grand Hyatt, Spa, restaurants and more, via the Greenbelt. With a short drive, you can also access a dozen more restaurants, shopping areas, botanic garden, snorkel, cruise, zip lining, ATV riding, horseback riding, and a lot of other things to enjoy. This spacious home has all the amenities that you would hope for and the private driveway can easily accommodate two cars.

You do have access to the Poipu Kai pool. This community pool is located along the greenbelt, as you head to Poipu Beach, just behind the tennis courts. Your reservation also includes a membership to the Poipu Athletic Club where you can enjoy the workout areas, pool, tennis, Pickleball, Ping Pong, and a great restaurant or dine poolside with food and beverage service! A really wonderful facility!

We allow up to eight guests including infants, babies, toddlers and children .

* The master bedroom: Has a King size bed and attached full master bathroom.
*. Bedroom #2 has another king bed, with attached full bath
*. Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds, that can be put together to make another king bed if needed
*. Bedroom #4 offers 2, full sized bunk beds that is ideal for the two adults or children
to enjoy.

The living room has a 75 inch smart TV where you can access Amazon and Netflix movies. We also have a beautiful dining area that can accommodate ten people for an evening meal. Each bedroom and living area provides climate control with individual A/C units for personalized comfort.

On the lanai, we have a gas grill for your barbeque needs and our kitchen is a full sized kitchen, with full size appliances. It is also completely stocked with lots of small appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and more for your cooking needs.

We supply towels, linens, board games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The beach gear is located in the garage for you to enjoy on your Kauai vacation! We always recommend purchasing "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook". It is full of great island information. We will also send you our list of "Top things to do on Kauai" and our "Favorite restaurants in Poipu" list.
So many options, that you will wish you were staying for 2 weeks!

The neighborhood is very quiet and truly a lovely location to get to just about everything. Being able to walk to the beaches is also a "plus" since parking a car at the Poipu Beach Park has become more challenging with the additional homes that are now in the area. Walking is quick and easy and our wagon can handle most of your beach gear!

The house was perfect for our family vacation (all adults). The 4 bedrooms provided all of us with our privacy when needed and the large kitchen / living room gave us ample space to come together and truly enjoy our time together.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. There is a BBQ which we used more than once. The property location is excellent as you are only a short walk from Poipu beach or the Grand Hyatt hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet with the house situated on a cul-de-sac minimizing traffic.Everything you need tor a day at the beach is in the garage, from boogie broads to chairs & umbrellas. If you need a wagon to cart it all to the beach, there is one. Coolers and beach towels are included as well. Other than snorkel equipment we did not need to rent anything else.Jon was quick to reply on the few occasions we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai!

The house is nice, and is centrally located in Poipu. The beach is walking distance, but if you have mobility issues, it may be too far to walk. The house amenities, like AC, laundry and items to go to the beach with are nice.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! We enjoyed walking to the beach, the Hyatt, the pool (even though it wasn’t as close as we thought it would be). The house was FULLY stocked with everything you could need, complete with boogie boards in great shape, beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of kitchen appliances and dish-ware, linen, towels, etc. Twice we needed help during our stay (i.e. one time the bbq propane tank ran low), and both times our needs were met immediately. The owner is great and quick with communication and also provided great tips for things to do. On one “side” of the house, there is one huge and beautiful master bedroom with attached full bathroom, double sinks, sunken tub, walk in closet. Then you’ve got the open living & dining rooms and kitchen in the “middle” and then on the other “side” of the house is a hallway leading to a bathroom and 3 more bedrooms. One of those bedrooms has a king bed and it’s own attached bathroom which is great, but noting this in case other potential guests care: this second master is way smaller than the first master described earlier. Our family of 7 enjoyed this house and would stay here again…writing this review makes me sad we had to leave! We were two adult couples, a grandma, and a pair of older teenagers (they stayed in the room with the bunkbeds and enjoyed that both bunks were double beds not twins). The air conditioners in all the bedrooms was awesome, and there were plenty of fans as well if a/c isn’t needed.

Kauai Paradise

Wonderful vacation for our family of six!The home was so comfortable for all of us - plenty of room, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, kitchen well stocked, front and backyards were beautiful, excellent plus with a bbq and outside shower, games were fun, and the garage had so many beach toys (including boogie boards, chairs, towels, coolers, wagon, etc.). The location of the home was ideal! Plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive.The homeowners were so helpful and shared so much information about things to do in Kauai. We appreciated all they did to make our stay so memorable, relaxing and enjoyable!

Great home, great location

Absolutely loved the location on the greenbelt. Easy walk to the Hyatt or Poipu Beach. Stocked with anything you need from kitchen items to beach supplies. Loved that they provided so many towels. If I could give it a 4.5 I would… our only complaint was a mildewy smell in the bedroom with the bunks. Other than that, great stay. Would recommend and stay here again!

Excellent house for a family.

The house is just beautiful and well stocked with all kitchen items. The front patio has tropical plants that you can admire as you sit in the lounge chairs. The back patio faces the green belt with a large grassy area. You are within 12 minutes from shipwreck beach and and about 16 minutes to Poipu beach. The house has several boogie boards, 2 coolers and lots of sand toys. Best part, there is a wagon that you can load it all in to roll to the beach. The best part of the house besides the awesome location and comfort of the home, is the out door shower. It was great to use after a day of beach fun. The owner, Jon, communicated before we arrived with easy to follow instructions. He was available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We had a wonderful family vacation and will seek this home out when we return to the beautiful island of Kauai.

Wonderful family vacation in Paradise!

We’ve been to Poipu Kai many times over the years and this was time was an A+! The home was beautiful and perfectly laid out for our family of 5 plus my 80-year old mom. The location was ideal - easy walk to the beach on one side of the green belt and an easy walk to the Hyatt on the other side ( where we got a day pass to use their pools). Plus easy access to the tennis/pickle courts and pool! We look forward to going back there again someday!

Fantastic Location, Beautiful House

We love the south shore area. This home has direct access to the walking path connecting Shipwreck and Poipu beaches (10 minute walk in either direction). Location couldn’t be better. Home is perfect. Hosts have thought of everything and are super easy to work with. Would book again without hesitation.

2nd visit to Kauai

Property met all of our needs for an 3 generations of my family. Centrally located for our excursions, plenty of beach toys for the kids and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking some meals. Living at the middle of the resort

The property is located in the middle of Poipu, which is the paradise resort of Kauai. We enjoy living in the property feeling as if we were one of the resort residents. The surrounding circumstances are ideal. Beautiful garden with well organized tropical plants, spacious living area, with beautiful furniture, nearby ocean is someplace wild someplace calm, newly built shopping places have good shops and restaurants. We did not have to go to remote places for "sight seeing". Just stay home or walk around and go shopping and dining nearby places, those are the ideal resort life. Of course, cooking in the functional kitchen or good BBQ grill is great fan. Over all it was the memorable days in the property.

Amazing Location, Comfortable House

House is in a great location - a very short walk from the Grand Hyatt with Shipwrecks beach and a short walk the other direction to Poipu Beach - both just along greenways. Cannot be beat for a location. There’s a fairly private front yard to hang out in as well.

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay. Jon sent a great deal of information in advance that helped with our planning. With any issue that came up, he was very responsive and proactively reached out via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The ocean and pool/hot tub were a short walk away. Everyone had room to stretch out. The house had everything we were seeking.

Amazing home in Poipu!

This is a five star home in a five star neighborhood! We spent a week in Poipu to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday and could not have asked for a better experience. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, with two beautiful outdoor areas that accommodated our group of seven adults ranging from 18 - 90 at all times. It's 5 minutes away from two gorgeous beaches, a wonderful pool and a tennis/pickle ball facility. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group, and the garage has enough beach/snorkling/water accessories to keep everyone busy. John and Makenna were incredibly easy to work with, answered all of our questions with great detail and supplied us with tons of information ahead of time so we could jump right in and enjoy our time in Kauai right after we arrived. Look no further - this home is a gem!

Amazing Experience!!

Jon was amazingly helpful from weeks prior to us arriving, to having so many fabulous recommendations when we were in Poipu, and being so supportive to help our unique needs throughout the stay. The house was perfect for my whole family - 18 month old, 4 yr old, husband, parents, brother and MIL. We loved being able to walk to so many beaches on the green belt, and we had the wagon and a wheel chair on our walks. We cooked at the house primarily and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. And all the outdoor space, from the hammock, outdoor shower, and loungers in the private front yard to the patio out back along the greenbelt, was fabulous to enjoy the gorgeous weather! I can't say enough great things to express how much we loved spending time at this house in this epic location. Thank you!!

We are from Colorado and have been enjoying Kauai since 1993. Our children grew up at Poipu beach park and we return as often as possible to enjoy this ideal family location and make new memories year after year. The kids never get tired of Kauai and we consider it our second home.

We love this property because the location is so ideal. We access the Grand Hyatt for coffee in the morning, restaurant options, Anara spa massages, cocktails in the library bar and easy walks to both Shipwreck and Poipu Beach areas. Having the pool, tennis, and greenbelt areas all just outside our door is amazing. We also like the fact that this is a private home vs. a condo and there is no noise from upstairs and we have total privacy and enjoyment of this stand alone home. We are happy to share our second home with you!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Lovely and relaxing views of the greenbelt and easy access to walk to everything in the area. Plenty of things to do, like beaches, horseback riding, snorkeling, botanic gardens, tennis....all within minutes of the property. We have boogies boards, beach chairs, coolers etc. We also have washer and dryer for your use too, so you can pack light and do the laundry once or twice. That really helps lighten the suitcase load!
