The home is fully equipped with all bath and bed linens, complete kitchen, large front porch, and back yard patio with gas grill. Comfortable sleeping for six: king in master bedroom, queen in bedroom 2, and two xl-twins in bedroom 3. Half bath with full size laundry on main floor, upstairs master bath with walk-in shower, and another full bath upstairs with tub/shower.

This was our third year staying here and we absolutely love it! The set-up is great for traveling with the in-laws and our kids, close walking to the things we love most in GH, and overall comfortable accommodations while we are away from home. The house is well-stocked with essentials and plenty of kitchenwares if you like to cook. Brian is always quick to respond to any questions we might have and makes our annual vacation planning so easy. Highly recommend!

My communication with the host was extremely prompt. He replied back to any questions within the day. The home was so clean and extremely well kept. We enjoyed the back patio too. Quiet neighborhood. Beyond the cleanliness of the home, location was our favorite. We only drove once. The rest of our trip we were able to walk to our destinations. If I had to add any thing to improve upon would be that the mattresses were a little uncomfortable in the room with twin beds and a lamp in that room would be appreciated. But for our next Michigan getaway, I 110% would enjoy staying here. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Grand Haven so enjoyable.

This was the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The floor plan was perfect for our family of five, plenty of space to spread out but also great for hanging out together. It was clean and stocked with just about everything you could need. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to all the activities but also in a quiet area.

Memorial Day Trip

We go to Grand Haven 3-4 times a year and really enjoyed this house. The location is great, the house is new and very clean, and the private backyard space is great. Also had great communication with the owner and they even found and sent us back Air Pods that were left behind!
