Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent, the condo is great especially the screened in porch. Additionally there are a lot of little things that add up. There is a beach cart, good beach chairs (4), there is a spice rack, sharp knives in the kitchen, good beach towels, a key hook. So many little things that someone put some thought into making the stay even top it off the king bed is amazing, not some garbage we've had at other rentals. Property was clean, you could notice the baseboards were clean even.

This is our second time renting this condo. Both times we have been very pleased. The hosts are excellent, and very kind. The condo is in great shape. It’s very clean, cozy, and spacious. The screened in porch is a game changer, especially when it rains most of the week like it did for us. We hope to be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at 7502! It was stocked with everything we needed and accommodated our dogs comfortably! We totally felt right at home! Walking distance to the beach and bike trails! Loved the screened in porch!! We will be back!

This was our second Thanksgiving staying at this property and it again did not disappoint. Everything was just as described. Perfect for us and our adult children for the holiday weekend !
