This very spacious four bedroom and four and a half bathroom condominium is 2312 SF and will comfortably sleep seven guests. Free Wireless Internet DSL.
Enjoy the combination of the comfort of a private residence and a world class hotel resort with all the luxurious amenities such as 5 restaurants, 4 bars, roof top bar, 4 pools, hot tub, 3 championship golf courses, spa, gym, yoga, pool basketball, trampoline, ping pong, beach volleyball and kayak.
This unit is located in Villa Magna, Nuevo Vallarta, (which is gated with 24-hour security guards). There are two master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, a third bedroom with two full-size beds and a fourth with a twin-size bed. All bedrooms have ocean views and private bathrooms. One of the master bathrooms has a large jacuzzi jetted tub.
There is a full-size kitchen (all appliances and utensils provided), dining room and living room. Air conditioning throughout the condominium.
You get a mid-week maid service cleaning at which beds will be made and towels will be changed. Additional days for maid service will be available at a cost upon request. Pets are NOT allowed.

Vince and I are from Davis, California. We are avid travelers that have been all over the world especially Asia, Europe and Mexico with our 2 children. Through our adventures in traveling, we have always found that the lifestyle and culture in Mexico is very appealing for us and wanted a home in Puerto Vallarta. Relaxing get away!
We had a wonderful vacation during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was very nice with amazing views of the ocean and coastline. The kitchen is adequately stocked with necessary items and it was extremely helpful having a washing machine and dryer in the unit. Beds were fairly comfortable and the maid service midweek was superb! We loved the fact that the pools were not overcrowded or loud- a HUGE plus for us! The location of the condo is wonderful since you have access to a number of restaurants within walking distance and about 1 1/2 miles down the road is a decent sized grocery store. Heidi, the owner, and Pilar, the condo manager, were very nice and quick to respond-especially when we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get hot water in the showers! Overall the unit is very nice and we would rent again!
The condo was clean and a good size for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the TV and the English channels as we did watch the Winter Olympics. The living room furniture was not that comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Also would have been nice to have a barbecue.
Thank you for your comments. There is a reason that we do not have big cushiony couches in the living area. I have to assume many of our guests sit in the the living area after spending long hours on the beach and pool and are covered in sunscreen, sweat and sand. My goal is to keep the furniture as clean as possible. The frames of our seating can be easily wiped down with a cloth and the cushions have covers that can be removed and washed. This way you are not sitting on someone else's sweat! I think most of our guests will appreciate this.
Sure a BBQ would be nice but there are no maids that will clean it. If the BBQ is left with old food I think we would have a terrible time with ants. And that is something I really want to avoid.
Our goal is to provide you will the cleanest and most comfortable setting to have a relaxing vacation in. I hope we have done that.
Our senses were overwhelmed by the breathtaking view, therefore, we do not recall much else. :) Ok... I need to try harder... Here we go. There were some minor equipment problems, we sent a text to the apartment manager, a few hours later handymen came in and took care of them. Once people from the floor below us called and said that we move chairs too loudly - which we did - so, we have a suggestion - attach little carpet circles, or whatever they are called, to the bottoms of the chair legs, so that they make less noise when moved around.
Yes....the view is amazing!! I have never been able to do it justice with a camera.
We try very hard to quickly fix any repairs that are discovered so I am glad to see that happened.
Great idea about the padded glides for the dinning room chairs. Actually that is the first time in 12 years since we have owned the condo that I have heard that comment from the below apartment. I will definitely look into it.

Excellent 4 Bedroom Condo, well equipped and maintained. Everything as described, easy check -in, beautiful grounds and easy access to everything you need. We will definitely return and highly recommended!

stayed with my mom and sisters at this fabulous condo. celebrated moms 80th birthday. this place is a total dream. This is my second time at this condo. I love this place. Pilar the property manager was very helpful and answered my emails quite quickly. in three of the bedrooms we had no air conditioning so I informed Pilar and immediately got repairman but wasn't fixed by time of checkout.
overall we had a great time and had the best food around there. Fajita Republic and Karens Place was our favorites. would totally recommend this condo.

Condo Unit Arrive/Stay Instructions require an immediate Update
We received our final arrive/depart instructions three weeks prior to taking possession of the owner's condo. Upon arrival, we found the freezer lower panel had been damaged by a previous renter, plus minor damage to the fourth bedroom's fan/lighting system. The instructions we had received indicated that should for any reason we encountered a problem, a property manager was on site, two units away. We went to the unit as instructed to report the damages only to find the property manager had sold her property a year and a half earlier and had left no forwarding address. We then attempted to call the "property manager" via telephone utilizing the phone numbers the owners of our unit had provided. It turned out that our property manager moved to a location which calls for a long distance charge from our unit and unfortunately long distance calls were not permitted. The other telephone intercom apparently had broken down several months prior to our visit and never repaired.
Contact with our "property manager was finally established the following afternoon by my meeting another manager who knew Pilar and was kind enough to call on our behalf.
Not having an intercom system meant walking to the security gate every time a taxi or query
was required. If a real emergency happened where either an ambulance or doctor was required. I shudder to think of the consequences should the renters be handicapped..
Also, our instructions indicated the No Charge activities from the complex include Sea Kayaks and the use of Bikes. That agreement with the Dreams Resort apparently expired last year. Charges for renting bikes and sea Kayaks run from USD $ 10.00 per hour up.
In closing, we found the unit clean, spacious and well equipped. The owners were easy to deal with, but I do wish the instructions had been current as a great amount of our time was spent on locating a responsible person for whom we could point out their unit's short comings.
I am sorry to hear your first day was frustrating. I apologize for not sending you the updated condo instructions. Our property manager (Pilar) had moved after you booked and I neglected to send you her new contact information. Luckily she was able to meet with you on your second day and take care of your concerns.
Repairs are only possible when our guests tell us they are needed. If the intercom had not been working for several months, it was only because we were not told. Once Pilar knew about it she had it fixed right away. We try very hard to keep everything in our condo working but unless our guests inform us, we do not know it needs to be fixed.
The Dreams Hotel provides many services that our guests like to participate in. Although I list some of the amenities and their prices, I also clearly state that they are all subject to change without notice. The pricing is also dependent on the exchange rate which is constantly changing. We have no control over what Dreams offers and they do not notify us when they make changes to their programs. It is always best to check with the hotel on what their current offering includes.
We have been successfully renting this condo for over 10 years. We try very hard to make our guest’s vacation as relaxing as possible by providing them with a lot of information. I also try to communicate with them and answer any questions they may have before and during their vacation. It is because of this that we have many repeat guests. During your two week stay at our condo I wish you had emailed me directly right away. I am very responsive and would have given you the correct information immediately. But since I did not hear from you at all, I had no way of correcting the situation. I could only assume you were having a wonderful time.
Thank you for letting us know about the items that are in need of repairs. I assure you they have all been taken care of. I hope the bulk of your vacation was enjoyable and that you will return to Puerto Vallarta again soon.

Refund Policy: There is a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival. If you cancel your booking prior to 60 days of your arrival, the payment request for the balance due will be canceled.
