Unit itself was very nice and the amenities in the unit we great for our stay. We arrived on Tuesday evening and the next day we went shopping and exploring Johns Pass and then swam in the pool that afternoon. Air was chilly but the pool was warm. Thursday after spending the day at the beach we returned to find the walkway to enter the building had been torn out leaving thick sand and debris to walk on. My wife has balance issues so we assisted her. After entering the beach unit we found the water had been turned off. I contacted Beach Time Realty. They sent the property manager who couldn't figure out how to get the water back on. So we were moved to a different location. Upon arriving and new location the door entering the building and walkways were dirty. In the new unit the master bedroom had a king bed that left very little room to walk around the bed and the bathroom was very tiny. Other bedroom had bunk beds. We are seniors and my sister in law has had a hip replacement plus seniors do have to use the bathroom during the night and we were not sure if the ladder would hold and adult. So my sister in law slept on the couch. Next morning she woke up with a bug bite below her lower lip. Were notified the water was back on so we packed up our food and luggage and returned. Saturday afternoon we went to swim and the heater had been turned off and the water was too cold for us to swim. We had other plans for Sunday and we knew the pool would be closed Monday.
