Encantadora y elegante, impecable casa de playa de 3 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños con vistas a First Beach y Newport Bridge. Ubicado en el atractivo Easton's Point, a poca distancia a pie de First Beach (2 minutos a pie) y Second Beaches, y Newport Cliff Walk. Cerca del centro de Newport y de los numerosos restaurantes, bares, tiendas y atracciones.

A wonderful home close to the water! We returned for our second year. Home is lovely, clean and well equipped. Great neighborhood close to the beach with beautiful sunsets, and host is easy to communicate with and very nice.

We had an incredible stay at Easton’s Point. The house was spotless and beautifully renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances that made cooking easy for our family of four. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything yet tucked away in a peaceful, isolated enclave. The private backyard was a highlight for our two young kids to play safely. The host was exceptionally responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Truly a 10/10 experience.

The perfect cottage by the sea

The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our 3 week stay and felt truly at home. Linda and Peter are great hosts and resolved any issues quickly and with extreme politeness. It was our third summer in the area, and this by far has been our best rental experience. We can't wait to visit again! Thank you Linda and Peter!

Another blissful week

My family and I just finished our 3rd annual stay at the Easton Point Cottage and the experience just gets better and better. Linda is a warm and generous host who is also ethical and fair in the reservation process as well as when mishaps may occur. The property is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a beach vibe, with the beautiful exterior having gone through a major renovation in the past year. The walk to First Beach was our daily routine and the location of the home is perfectly situated in the neighborhood with privacy, while also being accessible to Middletown beaches, conveniences and only a short 5 minute drive to Newport restaurants, shops and sites. We feel very fortunate to have found this gem and are so grateful to our hosts for creating such a relaxing and blissful experience year after year!

Late August trip with family

My wife and I stayed at the Stone Towers cottage for 6 nights with our two small sons. It’s a clean, comfortable beach house in a fantastic location. We would absolutely do it again.

Our stay was perfect!

Our stay here was everything we had hoped for! This home is beautiful. It’s clean, quiet and private. It’s well equipped - had everything you could possible need for the perfect beach vacation. The beaches close by are so scenic and beautiful. Newport sites are so close by i.e. the Cliff Walk and Mansions and a short drive into Newport for amazing shopping and restaurants. The homeowners are the best communicators! They truly want everyone to feel at home and to relax! Thank you!

This was our second year of staying at Easton's Point and we can't say enough about the cottage, its location and proximity to everything - and the wonderful owner of the property who makes the experience so easy and welcoming. Heaven!

This place is perfection! We couldn’t believe how much more fabulous it looked than the photos. Spacious, bright, beautifully-decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean! I’m not easily impressed, but this beauty left me speechless. It is a single-family home that is very private. There’s a backyard that’s great for hanging out and letting the kids run around. Two parking spots and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach! We like staying in Middletown where the Esplanade and First Beach are a short walk down the road. What gorgeous views! Third Beach is our favorite and just a five or so minute ride in the car. And lovely downtown Newport is an easy 7 or 8-minute ride. Middletown can offer more space and more definitely more peace. Linda is a dear and very accessible for any questions. It’s obvious that she and her husband take great pride in their stunning home. I cannot recommend their home enough!!

Perfect Getaway in Middletown Rhode Island

We can’t say enough about this rental! The home is stylish and well appointed while also comfortable and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the beach and a short drive to other beaches as well as the sights of Newport. And we so appreciated the help from the gracious and friendly owners. 10 out of 10 all around.

Wonderful Beach House

The house is wonderful, very clean, everything you need is available - beach chairs, towels, BBQ, etc. Linda makes sure you have what you need and checks-in in case you have any questions. Although, you don't have any questions because she gives you all your answers before you even ask. The beach is a quick walk and the neighborhood is beautiful for evening strolls. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Cozy enough for a couples getaway, but plenty of room for a family vacation. I understand why Linda calls it her Happy Place!

Perfect Location and Impeccable Condition

We really enjoyed our time at 152 Tuckerman. The house was in impeccable condition and was the perfect spot for our long weekend away. I highly recommend this rental. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

Labor Day "Getaway"

The house was charming, immaculate and exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed Newport for dinner Friday night, the bounty of the Aquidneck Growers Market where we bought, bread, veggies and meats for a Saturday cookout. We walked to Easton's Beach Saturday and Sunday and were grateful for the chairs and towels. It was a great place to escape our shelter in place lifestyle in Providence. We really felt like we got away. Our host, Linda was a delight to work with! We would love to go back sometime!
