POOL & GARDENS: Extra-large heated gunite pool with 50 ft lap lane and oversized shallow end; surrounded by stone patios, lounge areas, seating areas, al fresco covered dining area, and extensive perennial gardens with specimen trees; open-air pool house gazebo.

LOCATION and VICINITY: Moments from all the shops and restaurants in East Hampton Village; 1 mile to both East Hampton Main Beach and Georgica Beach; walking distance from both the train station and jitney stops. Located on one of East Hampton’s historic lanes that are the heart of the Village.

Center of the Hamptons

The place is minutes away by car from the beaches, shopping and transport of East Hampton. This was a big plus given the traffic at peak times. We hunkered down at the beautiful pool and gardens most of the time.

Former Hamptons Home owner and regular visitor.

Over the years, I have been frequent vistor to rental 872579 in East hampton. I think location, location, location. While we don't always do it, we can walk to the a bunch of great restaurants, and even the beach. After a day doing anything the the area offers, we always seem to end up in the beautiful backyard pool area. We have entertained by the pool, and in the charming house. In the past we have stayed there with other couples and Children. I look forward to getting back soon.
