About Sarah, reservationist
The owner, Jeremy Goldstein has made 32 North Ann Street a project since he purchased the property in 2002, slowly making improvements, while running his business in the building directly next door. Over the past 20 years, Jeremy has built a successful multi-disciplinary real estate practice. Jeremy graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies. He held salesperson licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and currently maintains broker licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Goldstein advises private and institutional investors nationwide in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial property. He married an Asheville native, and together they moved to Asheville to raise their four sons. He spends his “free” time traveling with his family to their sons’ sporting events. Eventually, he hopes to get back to hiking and biking in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. But for now he manages to get to Crossfit — unfortunately well before the sun comes up, in addition to serving as Chairman of Asheville Planning & Zoning Commission and board member to Irene Wortham Center.

Modern Apartment Downtown
This apartment felt new or at least newly-renovated. It was very comfortable; boasting everything we needed. We were able to walk to all the downtown spots. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Property was impeccable and tastefully remodeled
Also well furnished and easy walking distance to downtown and the arena. Across the street from a soup kitchen for homeless folks so the area would get messy. No danger though.

The social service agency you mentioned that is located on our street is one of many in the downtown area that serves the homeless population. Homeward Bound is a local non-profit that moves people into permanent housing. While the shelter closed nearly 10 years ago, the agency currently provides invaluable support and advisory services in the mornings. It does not serve food. Just coffee.
Wonderful location close to downtown
The apartment was very clean and sparkling when we arrived. Easy to see that it was well furnished and very comfortable. Our only slight concern was that the footsteps from upstairs were quite noticeable at times. Never during our sleeping hours, but a suggestion would be to put more carpeting upstairs to dampen the sound.
Despite that slight concern, the apartment was in a wonderful location. Although we never walked to downtown from there due to our schedule, I felt we certainly could have.
Enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient to downtown. The apartment was impressive...clean, well-decorated, spacious, and comfortable.
