About Sarah, reservationist

The owner, Jeremy Goldstein has made 32 North Ann Street a project since he purchased the property in 2002, slowly making improvements, while running his business in the building directly next door.

Over the past 20 years, Jeremy has built a successful multi-disciplinary real estate practice. Jeremy graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies. He held salesperson licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and currently maintains broker licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Mr. Goldstein advises private and institutional investors nationwide in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial property.

He married an Asheville native, and together they moved to Asheville to raise their four sons. He spends his “free” time traveling with his family to their sons’ sporting events. Eventually, he hopes to get back to hiking and biking in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. But for now he manages to get to Crossfit — unfortunately well before the sun comes up, in addition to serving as Chairman of Asheville Planning & Zoning Commission and board member to Irene Wortham Center.

We had a great time in Asheville! The apartment was well equipped and as described. It was an easy walk in to downtown and very near the visitor's center. For being right in town, it was very quiet. We would recommend this apartment. Jeremy was a gracious host.

Beautifully designed charming flat in an almost downtown location. Jeremy and Sarah have thought of everything when it comes to this lovely 2 BR place in Asheville. Both the renovation and service are thoughtfully done. Neat as a pin, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy!

Great unit! Very comfortable and modern.

We loved staying there. The halfway house across the street was moderately concerning but more entertaining than anything I guess. We will highly consider staying here during future visits. Thank you!

We respect that travelers visiting Asheville may have different world views and preferences when visiting urban centers. We know that staying in urban settings may not meet the expectations of all travelers but in downtown Asheville most businesses and local government services are centralized downtown. Its a small to medium sized town and with the surrounding mountains, most established businesses and organizations remain downtown in the central business district, which is where the apartments are located just on the edge of the city center. Downtown Asheville draws more than just tourists, but everyday people, which are who make-up the unique fabric of our City. We hope those choosing to stay at Downton Annie will appreciate the convenience and proximity to bars, cafes, bookstores, shopping, restaurants, and live music venues (less than 10 min walk). The social service agency you mentioned that is located on our street is one of many in the downtown that serves the homeless population. Homeward Bound is a local non-profit that moves people into permanent housing. While the shelter closed nearly 10 years ago, the agency currently provides invaluable support and advisory services in the mornings. If anyone looking for a convenient stay in Asheville with off street parking, quality furnishes along with a high standard in cleanliness and traveler care, we hope will consider Downton Annie as an experience as unique as the Asheville.

Nice, well appointed apartment. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Easy access to highway.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable. We mainly walked from there, but drove to visit certain places like the arboretum and river arts district. I would stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. Great location, we parked the car and walked to everything downtown. Well stocked with dishes/pans/spices. Parking is a little tight but certainly nice feature to have parking included!

Lovely, mordern, close to downtown

It was great being able to walk to downtown to all the shops and restaurants. Modern decor and amenities made this apartment very pleasant to be in. I would highly recommend staying here as we had no complaints.

It was great! Nice and cozy, short walk from downtown.

We didn't spend much time in the unit on our trip, but the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen and living room were both cozy and functional. The short walk to downtown was easy, and it was a nice "home base" as we walked around to the shops and breweries around Asheville. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to experience an awesome city!
