About Sarah, reservationist
The owner, Jeremy Goldstein has made 32 North Ann Street a project since he purchased the property in 2002, slowly making improvements, while running his business in the building directly next door. Over the past 20 years, Jeremy has built a successful multi-disciplinary real estate practice. Jeremy graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies. He held salesperson licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and currently maintains broker licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Goldstein advises private and institutional investors nationwide in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial property. He married an Asheville native, and together they moved to Asheville to raise their four sons. He spends his “free” time traveling with his family to their sons’ sporting events. Eventually, he hopes to get back to hiking and biking in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. But for now he manages to get to Crossfit — unfortunately well before the sun comes up, in addition to serving as Chairman of Asheville Planning & Zoning Commission and board member to Irene Wortham Center.

The beautiful artwork is of the surrounding mountains and local graffiti art. Travelers will have the benefit of knowing the owner is in the building next door, as well as assistance from his friendly reservationist, Sarah, who has an intimate knowledge of downtown Asheville and will work to provide guests with an easy booking process and most importantly, recommendations for a memorable Asheville experience.

Very nice facility, close to down-town, comfortable and convenient
Very nice facility, close to down-town, comfortable and convenient. This is a second floor apartment with stair access. Two bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. The larger bedroom includes a TV closet and clothes storage. The smaller one does not have a TV. The smaller bedroom has no in-room storage space for clothes although there is a closet in the hall. One bath. Kitchen, well equipped, includes clothes washer and dryer. Comfortable living room with a TV, TV is limited to over-the-air and a handful of networked options (if you have subscriptions). Ample parking behind the building. Close to down-town, probably a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute drive (downtown had good on-street parking available from what we found). Convenient access off the main highways. Opposite side of the street has a half-way house, which was not an issue, residents are milling around in the mornings, though.
Would definitely recommend this if you need a place in Asheville.

Clean, comfortable, easy reservation process and access property. Every Uber trip to downtown was $6.40, well worth it not to try to find parking. Some might be able to walk to downtown, but I wasn’t doing it in flip flops.

Very comfortable, very convenient!!
We had a great stay. Being in the apartment gave us so much flexibility and comfort. We are a short walk to downtown, convenient to the interstate and Blue Ridge Parkway. When we were taking a break from everything, the apartment gave us room to spread out and relax. We were able to get laundry done cutting way down on the clothes we needed to bring. The kitchen was indespensible in keeping us comfortable and not spending a small fortune on all the great food Asheville has to offer.

The downtown Annie apartments are very conveniently located near downtown and around the corner from the Hyatt hotel, which we had friends staying at. The apartment was clean and neat. Accessing the apartment was easy and Sarah was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Parking was a little tight but nothing that’s a deal breaker. Very convenient to downtown with loads of restaurants close by. Did hear sirens close by one night, but everything felt safe and secure. Easy check in and out. No problems with code. Really enjoyed our stay and would return. Recommend highly.

Downton Annie is an urban setting, so travelers should expect typical sights and sounds of urban living.
