Hola, If you haven't been to Puerto Vallarta, add it to your bucket list. The host, Justin, provided some wonderful feedback on places to visit and see. Thanks for that! The resort was just the right size and the staff were so wonderful to us. We met so many new friends that made our stay so very enjoyable. Thanks to all of them! We enjoyed the down time and the wonderful food. Dinner one night was a Mexican theme at the main pool for everyone staying at the resort. It was my favorite and they did an excellent job of making it all inclusive yet personal at the same time. If you stay here, walk south on the beach roughly 500 yds and you will find Julie and her team of massage therapist. You can get a 55 min massage for about $35. This is a MUST if you go and need the kinks worked out of your back from riding on the plane. We felt VERY safe at the resort and while visiting the surrounding towns. The people of MX are just wonderful! We enjoyed seeing whales breach the water and the iguanas scurry around the resort. Thanks Justin! Highly recommend this for folks wishing to enjoy life and reconnect with family.

Rick was very communicative and followed up with practical suggestions which helps if you have never visited. He really informed me of all protocols and followed up to check for any concerns, even right before and after my trip. I really recommend this property.
