The ground floor also features a small room with one bed and air conditioning, an open gallery with sloping ceilings and one bed and air conditioning, and another living room with satellite TV. Additionally, there are two more double bedrooms on this floor, each with air conditioning.

The villa's open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. There are also four showers/bidet/WC located throughout the ground floor.
