One large master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, beautiful back fenced yard and garden. This private home is located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from downtown, seven miles from the ski lift. This house is family oriented with large 75" flat screen TV with high speed WI-FI, Roku and Amazon Firestick player and DVD. New modern stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, washer/dryer great outdoor space, you'll love the character and comfort of our home.

We now have a hot tub and a wall mounted 75 inch smart TV, new furniture and new flooring.

We love to travel, eat out, hike, bike and enjoy or friends old and new! We love our very comfortable Flagstaff home and all of Flagstaff.

Why they chose this property

Our family moved to Flagstaff in 1990. In 1997 we moved to this neighborhood (Cheshire). One beautiful day in June 2002 we were walking our dog and noticed a for sale by owner sign in front of this house. The original owners were outside and after talking with them we were given a tour of the home. The house was perfect for our family and so we purchased it. The kids are now well into adulthood and we are off adventuring, so you can now enjoy one of the prettiest and best built homes in Flagstaff.

What makes this property unique

Close to mountains, urban trail for hiking or biking. Close to skiing, close to the Grand Canyon. We welcome pets as well as people! Fenced back yard beautiful quiet neighborhood. Our home is very comfortable, lived in, warm and livable.

Our master bedroom is extra large and our sitting areas (living room, family room) are very comfortable with gas fireplaces.
