Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom villa, where we hope you have a most wonderful time. Your holiday experience is very important to us, we want you to have a fabulous time and part of your holiday/vacation experience is where you stay. We would like you to go home thinking how great your time was and that you can't wait to return to Florida and of course stay again at our exclusive holiday villa.
High Grove is situated at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27 , which is just 6 miles, or 10 minutes, by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom. The majority of Orlando's major attractions are within easy reach and there are also many golf and fishing venues close by. Numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within a mile and there is now a brand new Super Walmart within 1/4 mile of the complex.
With three good sized bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. A large fully fitted kitchen with every modern convenience, including a microwave, full cooker, fridge freezer (complete with ice maker). Dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar for those casual moments.
If you feel you need to carry out any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the laundry cupboard. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided for your needs.Air conditioning/heating throughout, the accommodation. The villa offers a comfortable seating area, comprising two large luxurious sofas allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. A good sized dining area which is located at the rear of the villa adjacent to the Living room and Kitchen. There is also a cooling ceiling fan to ensure the room stays cool as you relax. Large French Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out and lots of natural light.
The luxurious master bedroom suite is at the rear of the villa and has a fabulous Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, hairdryer, and clock radio. There is also a fantastic en-suite bathroom which comes complete with a huge walk-in Shower, separate toilet, his 'n' hers basins and a large vanity mirror, and storage closet.
The second and third bedrooms are located at the front and side of the villa and have two single beds in one and a comfortable double in the other. Both rooms have ample storage space provided by large built-in closets and drawers. The home's second bathroom is conveniently located directly in between these two bedrooms and contains a bath / shower unit and a hairdryer. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you require it.
Our lovely south facing private pool is bathed in sunshine all day and is surrounded by a large tiled patio and a covered lanai with a cooling ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. The deck is furnished with chairs, a table and beach beds which allow you to lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
Should you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March).The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained. For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, a pool safety fence is available which takes only minutes to put in place.
The villa has a telephone from which all local calls are free and all other calls can be paid for using most telephone cards sold in the clubhouse or most large retail stores. Wi-fi internet connection is available at the clubhouse.
Within walking distance from the Villa is a lovely bar/restaurant, Devenneys which serves good food and drink at competitive prices and has special offers on various days when you can buy one get one free on food.

On the surface the house appeared in good condition. Upon further inspection That was not the case.
Paid for pool heat $175 and never got it. Called property management two times with no resolution. Kitchen was sparse. No pot holders. Called twice about them. No laundry soap yet check out requests renters run a load, no dishwasher liquid. Partial toilet paper on the roll in each bathroom. One bathroom hand towel in the house. No wash cloths. No coffee filters, no paper towels. Broken chair in dining room, burnt out light in master shower. No batteries in Master TV remote. Electrical outlet in master was coming out of the wall and the list goes on. I request refund for the $175 pool heat and for the $125 early check in fee to make things right given the extra expense we incurred due to lack of initial supplies and inconvenience. I read where the houses are inspected before renters arrive. Too many things lacking for that to have happened. Plus property management did not provide resolution. Disappointing vacation.
Unfortunately this review is wholly misleading and inaccurate.
This guest did pay for pool heat. She did call on the second day to say that she did not think it was on. She got a response within minutes of her call and a pool tech was sent round same day. The reality is that the pool tech took a reading of the pool and found it to be heating to 75 degrees. It was a cool morning and so the pool had not attained maximum temperature. The tech increased the temperature and set it to run the whole 24 hours to help this guest out. The next day he attended back at the property and checked the pool was working and it was. It read 80 degrees. So this guest did get the pool heat that she paid for. It may be that she felt it was not as warm as she thought it should be but this can be accounted for by virtue of the cooler temperatures we were experiencing early March. I have explained this to the guest and she does not accept this and so hence the inaccurate review.
As for the home itself, she made criticism of lack of items in the home. She reported this. She got a response. It was explained to her that the home is fully compliant with the rules and regs regarding a short term vacation rental home and that items such as pot holders, that she complained about the absence of, are not part of the standard items required in the home. The home is properly stocked for a short term rental home but sometimes the expectation is by guests that the home is fully equipped as though it is a residential home and it is not. The home has all the necessary items and guests can check this with us before arrival if they have concerns.
Starter items are placed in the home to get guests started such as trash bags in all trash cans, soap in each soap dish and a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder.
This lady subsequently complained of matters that she had not had the grace of telling us about whilst in the property and so we were not able to address them unfortunately.
Each home undergoes a 72 point checklist before each renter and issues observed are dealt prior to arrival. We are reliant on guests telling us of issues whilst in the property so that we can address them.
This lady has had voluminous contact from me back and to on this issue and so it is inaccurate to say that she has not received a response.
