Clean, private, updated, one-bedroom condo perfect for couples and families. Condo has additional queen size Murphy bed.

Located in Kihei on the leeward, sunny side of Maui. Great for snorkeling, swimming and scuba diving; right across the street from the gorgeous Kamaole / Charley Young beach.

The condo comes fully furnished with supplies for 4 people to have a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a Murphy bed.

The kitchen is fully appointed with range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils, cookware, dishes and towels.

The bathroom has a nice tiled tub/shower and granite countertop sink. Bath towels are provided.

The washer/dryer will allow you to do your laundry during the stay, so maybe you don't need to bring as many clothes in your suitcases and keep some room for awesome Maui gifts to bring back home.

Due to the water softness, only high-efficiency laundry detergent should be used to avoid any overflow. Detergent is provided.

The neighborhood is great for snorkeling, swimming and scuba diving. Located right across the street from the gorgeous Charley Young beach and a stone's throw away from golf courses, dining and shopping in Kihei and Wailea.

Maui Vista complex has a tiny library in each building, drop off or pick up a book at any time. BBQ areas are available to use and the 3 swimming pools and 6 tennis courts should keep you well relaxed and exercised.

The condo is located on the second floor of building #2, facing the north-west direction, toward Lahaina/Maalaea.

Great condo

A beautiful condo and in a great location. We really enjoyed our time there. Jerome and Yvonne even followed up during the week to make sure everything was ok. It was a pleasure to rent from them.

Good Location, Clean Property

This has to be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Unit is a shown in the listing. Unit is a short walk from a great beach and great sunsets. Can walk to a a bunch of places to eat or shop. Short drive from most places on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful clean condo

We are grateful to Jerome and Yvonne for creating a place of beauty, in addition to providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful original artwork and a Thanksgiving themed table centerpiece are the extra touches that set this property apart from others and show their care for their guests. A well-stocked kitchen and beach necessities are also an added bonus.

Adorable Kihei condo

We had a fantastic time at Jerome & Yvonne’s condo. They are excellent hosts, very easy to get in touch with, and their condo provided us with all the comforts of home. The pull out Murphy bed in the living room is surprisingly comfortable!! The location is right across the street from a beautiful beach & right down the street from plenty of excellent local eateries and food trucks. Very fun way to “do” Maui. We very much enjoyed our time there

Feel at Home While You’re Away

2214 is a lovely condo , beautifully decorated (The whale mural caught my eye when browsing so I told my husband that was where we would stay) The hosts have thought of everything you might need and are fabulous at keeping you up to date with your reservation. The location is great and the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Grocery stores are a short drive away. When you come try Fred’s for breakfast. The coconut syrup on pancakes is oh so yummy!! You feel welcome when you arrive and the condo is definitely a home away from home. Mahalo For a lovely but too short stay.

Highly recommend this property!!

My wife and I would highly recommend this property AND Yvonne and Jerome as hosts. The unit was in a great location and very close to some very nice beaches which was important to us . We spent a lot of time at Charlie Young and as advertised it was a very short walk from the unit. We felt that the complex location and the unit within the complex (2nd floor in the middle building) was ideal. We typically do not go out to dinner much when on vacation but there were plenty of great dining options all within walking distance of the unit. The unit itself was clean, in good condition, and had everything we needed. Yvonne and Jerome were outstanding. They check on us from time to time to make sure everything was OK and if we did have a question they responded very quickly. We really felt that it was important to them that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We typically vacation in Hawaii every year. This was our first stay in Kihei (we normally stayed in Kaanapali) and our stay at the Maui Vista with Yvonne and Jerome has convinced us that this is the place to be. Tess and Jeff L

Beautiful Condo

This condo and it’s owners were nothing short of amazing! They had everything in there you could possibly need including beach chairs to umbrellas to parchment paper and everything in between. Beautiful place to stay!

Perfect location & perfect accommodations

This was our second stay in this wonderful condo. Jerome & Yvonne are excellent hosts and quick to respond from the reservation process to check out. We love the cleanliness, decor and all the amenities. The quick 5-minute walk to the beach is a real plus!

Kihei condo with the great whale mural

Location to the beach is great. Also close to Foodland & restaurants. Condo is very comfortable. Balcony looks onto parking lot, but there is a gorgeous canopy of trees and it doesn't face into the sun. Well stocked with beach stuff, detergents, spices, kitchen ware, etc. Iron was not great. I mentioned it to Jerome and he delivered a new iron & ironing board that night. The pool is quite small but we went to the beach all the time anyway. We used Uber for the first week we were there to get around Kihei and it worked out great.

Here's a little bit about us.

Yvonne was born and raised in the Detroit area while Jerome was born and raised in France. He moved to the US in 2000 for work, and has lived in Michigan ever since and is now a US Citizen! We met in 2000 and married in 2003. We are both working for the auto industry; Yvonne as a support analyst for one of the Detroit 3 and Jerome as a group manager for safety equipment (airbag, steering wheel and seatbelt) supplier.

Why they chose this property

After several years of hosting at our home, we've started a new venture - a vacation rental on Maui. Although we are off-island, we'll do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
