Fantastic stay in Telluride for our family of 4. Very spacious, clean and upgraded amenities. Steps away from the Lower Boomerang trail and 5 minute walk to Mountain Village. Excellent communication with host Mike and manager Sarah. Will rebook on our next trip to Telluride.

Place is unfortunately in need of some major TLC. Furniture was worn, damaged, and soiled. Cleanliness was very subpar—for a 350 cleaning fee, I expect more than just laundering sheets and towels. The floors had sticky messes left on them, there was considerable dust, the windows obscured the beautiful view because they were so dirty. I could see the price being worth it during ski season when you can ski right out your door and you probably don’t care about cleanliness as much, but in the summer when we wanted to enjoy the deck and the views, it was really disappointing and we did not get value for what we paid.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry that the cleanliness of the home did not meet either your expectations or our standards. There is no excuse for sticky floors, dust inside the home, or other cleaning issues, and I have already addressed your comments with our property management team to ensure this does not happen again. Over the years we have been fortunate to receive 90 guest reviews, with 89 being perfect 10/10 so this experience is clearly not representative of the standard we strive to provide. Many of our guests come back year after year. While I don’t know what went wrong in this instance, I take your comments seriously and appreciate you bringing them to my attention. As a gesture of goodwill, I will be refunding your cleaning fee. I wish I had known about the issues during your stay, as our property management team is typically able to respond very quickly—often within an hour—to resolve concerns. I also provide guests with my personal phone number so they can contact me directly if they are ever unable to reach the management team. Had I been aware of the situation, I would have done everything possible to make it right while you were still at the property. Thank you again for your candid feedback. It has prompted us to review our cleaning procedures so that future guests receive the experience they expect and deserve.

Favorite Place in Telluride

This is our second stay at this lovely property. The home is very well appointed and has a perfect location to the slopes and free gondola. We look forward to our next visit soon!

The location is close to everything at Mountain Village, but best of all it is just steps to the slope! The outside deck has a great view of the ski slopes and you can watch all the ski action from the hot tub. Mike was great to work with and responded to questions quickly. We had some flight delay issues that made getting to Telluride a little challenging but once there at the townhouse all our travel issues melted away. If you are looking for a great place on the slopes close to just about everything this is the place. Thank you Mike for making our time with our family in Telluride so special.

Home is true ski in/ski out location. It was perfect for two families. The home was nice and clean with all the amenities that we needed. Mike provided great communication and fast response. We would definitely stay again.

We've stayed here several years in a row. It's easy to stay here. Close to Mountain Village center and a beautiful trip by Gondola to Telluride, which we never tire of.

Perfect location and excellent property! We were 4 people and had plenty of room. We loved the ski in /ski out convenience and the spa to relax in after a hard day of skiing. The host was always quick to respond and gave great tips and recommendations. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Telluride Condo

This was our second year staying at Telemark unit J. The location is perfect. Ski in/ski out, and a very short walk to the center of mountain village and the gondola. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. And we love the hot tub!. We will definitely be back again.

Great property. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 3. Well stocked. Location for ski in/ski out was even better than I could have imagined. Had a small problem with the hot tub but it was fixed quickly. We hope to be back!

Perfect location

Might be the best ski in ski out property I've ever stayed in. 100 ft from the door to the snow couldn't be more convenient. Hot tub on the patio after skiing was great. The place is as advertised, very clean and inviting. If you want a true ski in ski out experience this is it!The host was easy to get in touch with and welcoming. We already started planning for next year and this is the first place I'll check for availability.
