This was our second stay at this amazing beach house, and we absolutely love it here! The location is absolutely perfect, and the condo itself is clean, modern, and fully equipped with all the facilities we needed for a thoroughly relaxing holiday.Kelley is an excellent host who replied to all of our communications promptly. Indian Rocks Beach is an ideal destination, and we hope to return in the future.

Beautiful oceanfront condo at Indian Rocks Beach — we had an outstanding stay. The unit is spotless, bright, and tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches (beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of linens). The balcony overlooks the water and is perfect for morning coffee and sunset views; the sound of the surf made it easy to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the dining/living area is open and airy. Location is ideal — steps to the sand, close to local shops and restaurants, and parking was easy. The host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and made sure everything was ready on arrival. Highly recommend this condo for couples or families looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Very relaxing stay at Indian Rocks Beach

This is my third visit to IRB and by far my best visit. Beachfront is definitely the way to go and this place is nice.

Great location

My family and i really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The views and everything that the condo provided was everything we needed for our stay! The property owner was very friendly and responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

This condo has been beautifully updated, and well appointed. This bldg offers 3 separate apartments, elevated above their private parking spots. Don't be fooled from the photos. This home is right on the beach. Due to the older, multi-story construction, we heard the guests upstairs all the time. My wife found this troublesome. I was entranced with the quality of the upgrades and found the unit to be top tier. So much to do, and many great places to eat. This VRBO is a great deal if you want to be on the beach, or sit and watch the sunset from your balcony.

Great break from Ohio winter weather

Enjoyed our stay! So many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. Private beach access and beach was not crowded. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony. Highky recommend Inidan Rocks Beach - we will be back!

Great location and condo

We loved our time at Kelley’s condo. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, coffee and Kookie Coconut! My only complaint is that the beds could be more comfortable. We would stay here again!

It’s a VERY short walk to the beach. The great thing is you can also sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach. This is our 2nd stay at this condo. We will be back. The condo is great and response time from the owners are also great. The condo is clean updated. We also love getting lunch at the Kookie Coconut next door.

Perfect spot on the beach

Great location on the beach and nearby restaurants. Beautiful sunsets every night! The condo was clean and bright and had everything we needed. We were there for 3 weeks and we would have liked to have stayed longer!
