Esta casa bellamente moderna cuenta con una gran terraza al aire libre con una sala de estar al aire libre y un área de comedor con vista a los preciosos jardines. Privado y tranquilo.

En el interior encontrará una cocina y comedor completamente modernos y abiertos, una sala familiar con chimenea y dos dormitorios en la planta principal. En el nivel inferior, dos dormitorios más grandes y otra sala familiar / de juegos.

40th birthday

This property was lovely! Super clean modern and beautiful! It was close to great wineries super markets and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive! We spent most of our time in the pavilion which was perfect to grill out and chill. We will be back!!Thank you!!!!

Family vacation

Beautiful property better than listed..owner very accessible and quick to respond. The outdoor pavilion with kitchen and tv made use of pool and cooking/entertaining fun when watching soccer and baseball games. Does tend to be buggy at night but nothing that bites and can’t be managed.

This home by far exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. It was clean and the grounds were beautiful. Highly recommend! Even more beautiful in person!

Beautiful home!

Really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful home with amazing amenities including an incredible pool and outdoor patio and kitchen. Owner was very communicative and thorough. Highly recommend as a perfect getaway right in the heart of the north fork wineries!

Great House

This was our second time staying here for our annual girls weekend. The owner is very responsive and keeps the house in tip top shape. When we were here last year most of the landscaping was pretty new. It has filled in nicely, and you feel like you are in an outdoor oasis.

This home was even better than the description posted on line! Helen, the host was extremely accessible and so pleasant to deal with!! Helen’s home had everything anyone needs or wants in a rental property! It’s just beautiful and look forward to renting again!!!

Beautiful NoFo home

The property is absolutely immaculate and the house is very well stocked with everything you need for vacation - nice towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies, indoor and outdoor dishes, etc. The layout is nice with two bedrooms upstairs and two down. The downstairs game room is a nice bonus for families with kids. The outdoor pool and lounge area is beautiful and spacious with several areas for lounging, dining areas, fireplace, etc. The one thing to note is that it was not clear to us in the house rules that you have to elect to turn on heat to the pool in order for the hot tub to be heated, so I would recommend choosing that option. Some added bonuses were the baby bunnies we saw hopping around and the abundance of lavender around the pool that smelled amazing. The property is on a very large lot with a large lawn, and is very private (it is fenced) and quiet. It is just a short walk from a beautiful bay beach and a park. We also loved that it was situated centrally in NoFo for access to restaurants, stores and wineries. If you need transportation, I highly recommend setting that up before the stay as uber and lyft are somewhat limited. Classy Cab was a lifesaver for us. Communications with Helen were prompt and she is very well organized in setting up the stay. Overall, a really wonderful stay for our girl's weekend trip.

This is a must stay

This house was gorgeous, in a great location, close to vineyards and good restaurants. I booked this for a girls weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for. The pool area is stunning, the owner was easy to get in touch with, awesome game room in basement and lots of beds so no one had to share. Cannot recommend this house enough!

Even better than the listing

Helens property was BEAUTIFUL. The interior was completely updated and well kept. Even better than the pictures on the listing. The outside was even better. Helen was very responsive and available if we needed anything. Location of the home was also ideal. Such a great host and property. Hope to book again in the future!

Fab House!

We went there for a girls weekend. The pictures online of the inside of the house are representative of what the interior looks like. But there were not pictures of the yard & pool. It is an oasis! Beautiful pool, giant gazebo with a big tv, seating and all of the other amenities you could ever want or need. There is also a deck off the kitchen, so there are several areas to sit and gather if everyone doesn't want to sit together all the time.

Best Vacation Ever

The rental was everything we imagined and more. The location and walking distant to the beach was excellent. My grown adult kids took advantage of all the amenities to make it a very memorable vacation. The owner was excellent and responsive to our needs. We are eager to make our reservations for next summer.

Great Stay, Beautiful Home

Stunning home in a great location, perfect for my group of girlfriends. East access to the local beach and local wineries, quick drive to Greenport. We had a really fabulous time. Cherry on top would have been if the pool was ready for use--the pool will be a real treat as soon as it's ready. 100% would return!

Perfect location

We had a great stay at this home which had an incredible location to all the north fork has to offer. The home was gorgeous - just like the pictures. Super clean, modern and layout really nice which created space for our two families. While the property was beautiful, I would not recommend it for families with toddlers. Although it says suitable for children there were many obstacles we had to overcome. Particularly with the multiple stairs in and around the home. We spent most today our time out and about so this didn’t dominate our entire experience. The gorgeous bay is in walking distance and there is a small park with a playground for the kids. Super easy access and clean great swimming water. We had some concerns with communication with the owner where we didn’t receive a response and we needed to follow up a few times. With that said, each time we did she provided what we needed and all worked out. Once we had her cell phone and during our stay when we texted we received immediate responses. Overall, if we look to return for another long weekend and were just adults we would rent this home in a heartbeat. Especially now that there is a pool installed!

Wonderful Stay

We rented the house with 2 families with children. We all had a blast! The house was perfect with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The game room was so much fun for the kids and the adults. The owner was extremely attentive to any needs we had during our stay. We definitely would come back again! It was wonderful a stay!

Perfect house for a getaway

We had a great New Years during the pandemic. House was perfect, everything was brand new and very clean. Kids loved the basement with air hockey and arcade games going all weekend. Great room with huge tv open to the kitchen was ideal for the adults to hang in. The pictures did not show the actual property which is huge! Wish we would have known so the kids could bring scooters to ride on the extremely large paved driveway. In ground trampoline was a big hit as well. House location was great as we ordered delivery from Roma pizza which was a home run and picked up amazing seafood the next day from Braun’s fish market which was 3 mins from the house. Big King Kullen grocery right there as well. The only 2 things that didn’t go as planned was the gas fire pit didn’t work and we weren’t allowed to use the indoor fireplace. Owner was very nice and very responsive throughout.
