Wonderful 4 bedroom home in a quiet residential neighborhood located in West Vail. Minutes from Vail or Beaver Creek where you will find year round activities. If you like to ski, golf, fly fish, hike, river raft, or just relax. This is the place to be!
My home comes with 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, large deck with beautiful views, covered patio with a large Hot Tub, Direct TV/DVD, play station, high speed wireless internet, and a washer and dryer. An outdoor grill is also available. Everything you need for an amazing vacation!
Sleeps: 8. 4 Bedrooms; 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 twins.
Although we are a only few blocks from the Vail bus stop, a car is recommended for convenience. I highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months.
Located just 5 minutes away at the West Vail exit are two national grocery stores, Safeway, and City Market (Kroger).

Great place!
Wonderful location, great views - 10 min by car to Lionshead parking lot. Safeway and City Market are 5 min away - very convenient.
House has a large hot tub and wood burning fireplace - perfect for relaxing after skiing.

The location is great for getting up to vail quickly, property is very nice and well maintained. Owner was friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.
Breckenridge ladies
We stayed here recently and enjoyed the patio and hot tub very much. There is ample space (4 bedrooms) but the property is dated and the kitchen is very small. Loved the large, dining table and the game table. Pretty views and close to trail hikes. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.
Very clean and has everything you need
We stayed here over thanksgiving weekend and the place was just as described. It was a duplex and there was a neighbor but we barely saw them and when we did they were friendly & nice.
The unit itself was very spacious and was supplied with pretty much everything you need like enough fire wood, kitchen supplies, towels for the hot tub, etc.
The owner was very easy to communicate with and they responded quickly. We even left a piece of clothing behind and they were nice enough to mail it back to us!
We would definitely recommend to stay here and would stay here again ourselves.
