Totally Renovated Bungalow only 5 Minutes to the Beach

Renovated and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with Living, Dining Room and Huge Family Room. The house is a corner lot across from the old Baypointe Golf Course. We have a private lot and great neighbours. The home is located in Tamarac. It is an over 55 community with a clubhouse and a pool and it is heated. This is five minutes from Indian Shores Beach and is close to many great restaurants and Pubs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent Property

This is a great property - spacious, well equipped, and just a few miles from the gulf beaches. We stayed for a few months while we were in between houses - it has a spacious garage where we were able to store our household items. The neighborhood is quiet and has great walking paths on a golf course covered to a park right next to the property. Ruth is great - very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend and would absolutely book again in the future!

The good place

We had rented the house for a stay of 143 days which we unfortunately had to shorten by 10 days following the coronavirus pandemic. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were very friendly. We very much enjoyed staying at Ruth's house. Everything was convenient for all our needs We would have liked to come back next year but unfortunately the dates were not available for another long stay

Rick and I are both from Scotland and currently live in Brampton Ontario. We love our Florida home and enjoy sharing it with others when we’re are not there.

Why they chose this property

I love the location. It’s close to everything. We eat out a lot and enjoy so many of the local restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute drive and so is Gulf Blvd with lots of pubs and restaurants. Most of the restaurants have early bird specials for dinner and lunch specials. So fun to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

What makes this property unique

We house has been totally upgraded. It is ligh and modern and is built for family living while still stylish. There used to be a golf course across from the house. We would sit on the driveway enjoy the sun and watch the golfers. The golf course has closed now but we still sit on the driveway and enjoy happy our with the neighbours and watch the residents near by walk/run in the park with their dogs and Children.
