This property sets on the west side of Lake George approximately 30 minutes north of the Sagamore. This property is over 5,000 square feet and was originally built as a restaurant known as Indian Kettles and then The View at Indian Kettles. The views are breath taking! Anthony's Nose to east, Rogers Rock to north, southern Views are spectacular. This property can easily sleep 16 people, it offers a wide open floor plan, 2 Master Suites, 2 Guest Suites, 2 Guest Bedrooms, loft, 4 full bathrooms, 1/2 bath, laundry services, wet bar. Exterior offers over 250' of lake frontage, plenty of dock space for all your water sports and toys, over 3,000 sq ft of fully furnished deck space, with fire pit and outside bar. Bar area is covered providing plenty of shade on hot sunny days or protection on rainy days or a brief shower.

A wonderful week at Lake George. This home has everything you could need! The views are incredible. The deck makes for a fun family hangout and the interior of the home is pristine! Loved the bar and outdoor refrigeration. The docks are a great place to hang out and enjoy the water and the kids loved the jumping platform. Incredible moon rises and sunsets! We were blessed to be there with a full moon! The kitchen was fully stocked and check in was a breeze!

Fantastic Vacation

We just spent a week at this wonderful home overlooking beautiful northern Lake George. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen nicely updated, and the main room and deck were the ideal setting for a reunion of old friends and our young families. Highly recommend!

A Family Reunion

The most beautiful spot to bring family together to enjoy two weeks together. This home is known for its views, and they do NOT disappoint. Our family of 14 was able to comfortably enjoy this beautiful and well-kept home with ample space and accommodation for everyone. We enjoyed the expansive deck morning, noon, and night. The dock space was safe and fun for boating swimming, fishing, and kayaking. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and updated with modern amenities and comforts. The views of the lake are uninterrupted from the main living areas of the home and enjoyable from dusk to dawn. There is plenty of parking, and close to the town of Hague and a few more miles from Ticonderoga. We cannot wait to return and hope to repeat an amazing holiday with our friends and family.

This lake house is unbelievable for our family reunion of relatives ranging in age from 77 to 7. All loved the amenities and how much space we all had to spread out. The dock was spacious and kept us entertained with the floating Maui Mat, high dive, and comfy chairs. We are an active group and fully expected to leave for excursions every day as we have done in previous trips but with a boat rental and all the things to do around the house, we did not feel a need to leave. The deck was the most spacious we have ever seen. We had corn hole games going with others reading and others doing yoga all at the same time with no issues. Same with the interior of the house...many playing card games in the corner area set up for that while several lounged on the comfy couches reading and others cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and will be renting again. Tony was responsive and even called to talk prior to arrival when I called with questions. Thank you for sharing your home for an unforgettable vacation for all. We all left so the huge smiles
Maui Mat was fun for all especially on the extra warm days.

This place is amazing - inside and out! The huge deck (with lots of shade) is gorgeous and the views are endless and beautiful. The house is so well designed - the layout is great and very comfortable. Would absolutely come back again.

Great property with beautiful sunrise views

We stayed her for a week over spring break with two other families and had a great time. The house is very spacious and the huge deck is awesome for hanging out on and the heaters work great for when it gets a little chilly! The outdoor blackstone flat top griddle was so great - we were able to cook breakfasts and dinner with ease for our group (6 adults and 7 children) Both Tony and Matt were very responsive to any questions that we had with them. If you stay here and have the opportunity to speak with the neighbor, I highly recommend learning about the history of the property and its previous life as a restaurant, as she was the previous owner of the property when it was a restaurant. We hope one day to be able to return in the summer and make the most of the huge docks and lake itself. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing house!

We just love it here. Such a beautiful house. Comfy furnishings and comfy beds. Very well stocked kitchen and clean & modern bathrooms. You can't beat the giant deck and the amazing view too. We can't wait to return.
