This building has a business on the first floor and the 2nd and 3rd floor are separate units with a common hall entrance. Perfect for 2 families that would love a little separation. This listing is for the entire 2nd and 3rd floor (all units). Beautifully updated with 2 outdoor spaces and all the amenities you could need! These can be rented separately as well. No parties allowed.
