Quiet is my favorite part. No loud neighbors and next to no traffic noise. John/Len are attentive to your needs. Here you can actually relax at the end of the day. Sun Enjoyment in San Tan Valley, AZ

Our stay at this property was great. Our host was attentive to all of our needs. The property was clean and was well equipped for our two months stay. We had a great stay in Arizona and the biggest reason for that was our host and the property we chose to stay in. The area around the property was safe. The access to the community swimming pool, pickle ball courts, and nearby golf course made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this affordable and peaceful getaway.

Clean and well maintained. Comfortable layout. Well furnished. Liked the private backyard. Quiet, uncongested neighborhood with walking trails nearby. Great for relaxing. The only inconvenience is the drive times to and around Phoenix for site-seeing. Would recommend to family and friends.
