Loved the proximity to Bryson City. While some may find the travel up the mountain challenging, the incredibly relaxing view of the mountains and sunsets are absolutely worth it! Also, be sure to look at the stars and planets when it gets completely dark! Beautiful! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, you found it here.
Overall, very happy with our stay! I missed that one of the bedrooms was in a completely separate cabin/level, but it didn’t matter for our family. And I could see it actually being a great feature for another guest. Convenient to downtown Bryson Cory and a wonderful view from the deck. We also appreciated that it was pet friendly, as did our Aussie.
Incredible property with all the amenities we needed and more. The host was communicative when a minor maintenance item needed repaired prior to our check in. It was taken care of before we arrived. The cabin was spacious and comfortable for our group. Everything was clean and as described. We are already planning our return trip!

Close to Bryson City and Cherokee, this cabin was a great, laidback weekend getaway trip for our birthdays. Hot tub is a plus, the view is spectacular, and plenty to do nearby if you want to get out. The fireplace was very cozy!

Fantastic stay. Our GPS didn't get us to the house, but really close. Pictures of the last .25 miles would have been helpful, but wonderful otherwise.

Thank you for the wonderful review. You should have received a pre-stay email with directions within the neighborhood. It is also downloadable under pressure; stay informed on the website.
Very nice. Needs some TLC but would stay there again. Very remote location no one to bother us. Everything was exactly like the listed in the description
This is a lovely cabin with wonderful views, the sunsets were spectacular. It is on top of the mountain, so very private and quiet. The cabin could use some TLC but overall it is a great place and I would recommend this place. The road up is a one way mountain road and I was glad my son was driving.
The property was absolutely stunning. Central to everything we wanted to do. The only thing is the drive to the property, if you have a dually truck you might not fit, we have a 250 ford and it was challenging. Other it was probably the best view you could ask for.

From the Owner: "Thank you for leaving us a positive review. I am very happy you enjoyed your stay at the cabin. We also find the surrounding attractions so much fun. I know some people sometimes have concerns about the drive up to the cabin. I assure you a dually will make it up to the cabin. That is how our propane is delivered, with a very large truck! I have a RAM 2500 and have never had an issue."
This is a wonderful place to stay with a group of people. Lots of room and the view from the balcony of the mountains is breathtaking. The driveway up is very steep. Just be aware.

Hi MaryAnn, we're glad you had plenty of space for your group and enjoyed the location! We always appreciate hearing from our guests. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We provide plenty of details in the listing description about the property and location, but we also encourage guests to research the area before booking to ensure it is the right fit for your needs
-The driveway is steep since the property is in the mountains. It is well-maintained and no other guests have reported having any issues with this
We are accustomed to providing a 5-star experience for all of our guests and making your time at the cabin the best it can be. We're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!
